    I had surgery on 12/07/2023, my primary insurance paid on the claim. My secondary insurance is ready to pay but the information they have is incorrect for the company (st Lucie anesthesia, LLC)I have called and spoke to people numerous times at this company and no one has corrected the necessary information. I have done all I can do. Get your billing department to correct this information and stop harassing me every month, this could have been paid to you 11 months ago!

    Every month this company sends me an invoice. I've spoken with them numerous times. Last time I told them I spoke to ********, my secondary in insurance,  and told this company that there payment is waiting to be sent to them my they're credentials are incorrect at *********

    I paid $600 for anesthesiology procedure and did not get my receipt. They stated it would be emailed to me and never happened.

    A payment plan was agreed by myself and ***** and **** from billing to be charged $25.00 monthly. I gave ***** my credit card and she charged me the full amount of $446.76 which I didnt authorize. I called several times daily for the past couple of weeks, left hundreds of messages but no one ever calls me back. I have asked to speak with supervisors and left messages but have yet to receive a phone call back to refund my money. This billing office is fraudulent and totally unprofessional and I will report your company to the better business office, American medical **************************** if this is not resolved today.

    I do not know why my dad received a bill from ST LUCIE ANESTHESIA ASSOCIATES 12 months after the surgery that he did had at *****************************. I had paid the *****************************. twice. If you call, remain on hold endlessly. I believed all other payment is covered 100% by insurance and they billed it as a different procedure not covered by insurance. The company total uncreditable.
