            Prior to my surgery on 11/3/2023, I made a payment to the hospital with a negotiated rate at 20% off. Months later, the hospital returned the funds to me stating that my insurance was paying for the entire surgery. March 1, 2024, HCA sent me a bill seeking a payment in the amount of $2,581.12. This is unacceptable as I had already paid the hospital, the hospital returned the funds, and now they want the full amount back. Upon calling the billing department stating that the funds were no longer available and the best I could pay them was $1,000, they would not accept that amount.

            9/12-9/14/2023 - HOSPITAL STAY The hospital has the worse administration department and ***************************** Department.I need an Attending Physician's Statement to be able to submit a claim to my Hospitalization Insurance, but the hospital administration denies me the information on how to get this. My attending physicians only attend at this hospital and do not have a direct office. I have been calling he hospital to all departments to see if there is an employee who would know what to do, but all just transfer from extension to extension. If the hospital does not resolve this issue, i will end up not paying for this stay.Also the stay at the hospital took a whole day to discharge me on 9/14/2023 because the doctor took forever to come to sign the documents, in this was the hospital would continue milking my insurance for an entire day, only providing food. Outrageous that people cannot get sick because this is a torn system that charges for $2000 for an Ibuprophen once you step a hospital.
