    So let me get this straight and I will only state the facts --I walk into your business without a mask (in Florida) and then you inform me a mask is required and you tell me to step outside so that we can address you outside. No problem. I then wait outside and you tell me again I need a mask to come in. I inform you that I do not have a mask but I can offer to show you my vaccination card. You decline. You tell me I cannot be seen for my appointment and that I must leave and return with a mask. Did I cover all the facts? Now I will get into my personal experience--HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! You lack customer service skills. Go back to training.

    We have a sign on our door that clearly states a mask is required to enter our business. When you walked in without a mask, we asked you to kindly step outside so that we could explain our protocols to you. We had patients in the office that would feel more comfortable with everyone wearing a mask. You were very intimidating to the staff and rude to other patients in the lobby by cursing and yelling. In fact, a family waiting with a patient in a wheelchair kindly requested that you observe the measures necessary to protect them and other patients and you cursed and yelled at them as well. Furthermore, you have taken time to go on our social media and post your remarks on every one of our pictures. We had no choice but to block you on our social media as that is harassment. We take pride in making sure our patients receive the best Customer Service and everyone including our staff is protected. We are merely following the CDC guidelines in requiring a mask. It is our right as a business owner to do so. There was nothing wrong with our approach and request to you. We hope you will reconsider your reaction the next time a business requests that you wear a mask.
