    I hired this company to install a new AC unit in my house. Since the initial install, they have had 8 call backs because the install was incorrect and they sold us a damaged unit which we discovered from a loud noise coming from the condenser, aggressive skaing of the air handler, water excessively dripping from the airhandler, and condensation dripping from the duct work (because it was not insulated properly). After the 8th time of them coming out and telling us nothing was wrong with the unit, we decided to have a Rheem certified technician come out and take a look for a second opinion. The Rheem technican told us that Florida Air Services has provided us with a damaged unit and it was installed improperly. To fix this, the condenser and the air handler have to be replaced. We reached back out to Florida Air Services and provided them with the written diagnostic from the Rheem technician and they still tried telling us nothing is wrong with the unit then sent us a bill (for the callback visits, which were due to improper installation of the unit. I can keep going on but long story short, this company does not have have the skill or knowledge to install AC units and should not be in business. ******* has been the one from Florida Air Services in charge of the logistics and she has tried to pull every excuse from the book to muscle their way out of this situation, including blaming her employees' poor workmanship on us and other involved contractors. She additionally told us that "it seems like we are trying to pull every straw possible to get money back in this situation and we clearly do not know what we are talking about". (I have images from the Rheem technician that show all of the improper areas of installation, and the damaged unit. I also have the written diagnostic from ***** as supporting evidence.) Rude, unprofessional, and severe lack of knowledge on the industry they are in.
