    My Apartment complex are not fixing my A/C I have complain for 4 months now they have been -sending the ** guy to my house to check the A/C unit he is not fixing it right.

    I rented the apartment August 2023, a few days after I move in problems continue occur. A major leak from the unit above me that have cause mold throughout my apartment. Some problems I had to spend my own funds to repair or cure the problem the mold remain in my apartment since September 2023. I have rent to the office sent email sent photos of the problems countless times over and over. No justice. Mold as been identified in over seven locations in my apartment.

    I live in **************************************************** **. The association has the park in the neighborhood in hazard areas conditions along with the pool. We pay HOA fees but havnt been able to use these amenities in 5years. Each complex has a laundry room with non working machines, rat/***** infestation and moldy hazzardess walls/floors. Association made us pay for parking decals urgently and never gave us parking decals. The office is in an apartment and is sketchy. We are paying $300 a month towards an association that just collects the money and cuts the grass. Nothing is being done this is illegal

    I live in unit on Olive **** Condominium and the experience is being awful. First because I made several complains in the administration about the laundry. Its out of work, broken machines, rotten walls, full of trash and never answered me but lastly is the worst, is the third time the water is cut off because they dont have paid the water bill! Just to clarify, these bill is included in the rental value in which I pay in time monthly. It isnt fair! I want providences.

    Hello, *** lived in this condo for 5years. The previous association would answer my calls and fix what needed to be fixed. Since the new association came in place. Non of my emails nor calls have been returned. They are never in the office. Ive seen them once in the office and they werent very helpful. My washer and dryer that is per building has been broken for 2 years the association said when they get more funds from raising up the *** they will get it fixed..the pool has been under violation and dirty for a year now. They have false advertisement on the website. Stating about the pool and tennis court which is locked up and cant be used. The worst matter of them all is my landlord is selling the property to me. The association told my landlord he cant sell it to me and only to them. The association is not answering my lenders calls nor giving the information I need to me nor my landlord. I have been asking for the *** assessment ( what is included and prices) for months with no response. I cant move forward without them sending documents. They lied saying their was a Lien on the property and their is not. I need to know when the *** contract renews if theres a percentage of how much it can increase. I have so many questions and no answers. Me and others are ready to take legal action.
