DONT DO IT! Bad drivers- requesting money in zelle other than the required deposit - wont pick up or drop at your house like advertised - asking for more money upon delivery - no one answers or return your call when driver wants more money. I read other good reviews and now convinced they are fake as i was unable to leave a negative review on their webpage. Go with someone else!!!Review from Hannah R

***BUYER BEWARE*****PCSing MILITARY STEER CLEAR!**If you are going to go with Direct Connect Auto Transport, prepare yourself. Having my truck shipped from the ********** to ****** has been a nightmare which started over four months ago when I decided to go with Direct Connect. Ive been promised more than 10 times that my vehicle was going to be picked up for transport, and Im still waitingoriginal ship date was 4/23!Be prepared for:The truck broke down and the driver never told me.The driver wants $200 more dollars, are you okay paying that?I promise, theyll be there tomorrow for pickup.Despite signing on with Direct Connect in February, my vehicle has now missed the ship date and I will have to pay car rental fees in excess of $1000 on top of the $3200 Ive already paid the company!I also have to mention that they will not communicate with you regarding updates. You have to continually call and ask for updates.I could not be more disappointed and taken advantage of throughout this process!!! I highly encourage everyone needing this service to take your business to a company that values it! I would love someone from management to reach out to me to discuss details.Review from DONALD K

i have shipped 6 cars over the past 10 years, using different shippers each time. ********************* at Direct Connect provided the best service, with timely updates and helped follow up when some paperwork was not delivered by the driver. The drivers on all of the shippers were professional and helpful, but none of the dispatchers/managers came up the level of service provided by ***** and Direct Connect. Despite a last-minute cancellation by the original carrier, ******* quickly found a replacement without any hassle, ensuring my needs were met. ***** was amazing and so trustworthy!! She followed up with me along the way as we shipped 3 vehicles with your company in a 2 month span. She was very knowledgeable and was great at troubleshooting any issue that came up and made it smooth for ** as the customer. She also used good ************************* to get our vehicles from the docks in **********, **. To *****. Thank you very much! I scheduled my vehicle for shipping & they picked up my vehicle the same day I scheduled to have it picked up with in 2 hours from calling my vehicle was picked up & loaded ready to go. ********************* was the representative I spoke to she was professional, efficient & answered all of my questions.
