  Everyone along the way was communicative. We got a tracking link and watched our car arriving the whole time. Very happy with our ****** ******, the dispatcher, and our driver ******. Would abolutely use them again. And they bid the lowest rate of everyone we called.

  I wish I could give zero stars to this business. I called them to arrange a move of a bulldozer between two ***** cities. They quoted me a good rate. Said they could arrange it the next day, So far, so good. I could not do it the next day so requested it 3 days out. Then the problems began. First, they bumped the price when the confirmation was sent - a small amount but that is how they operate. They said they would correct it and never did. I paid the additional money. because I needed my tractor. Then they put the wrong equipment year in the contract which would be a problem if things got damaged. And they failed to list an additional implement that was being shipped with the tractor. They said they would fix that in the contract - never did. Then, they stopped answering their phone. I left numerous messages which went unanswered. When I did get hold of both ******* and a second dispatch person, they passed me to the assigned driver by giving me his number and saying I needed to work with him. That would be fine except he did not answer or respond to calls or texts for two days. I finally got the driver and coordinated with him. He showed up 4 hours late - but we got things loaded. I had someone waiting to meet him. Then when I questioned whether the trailer could get in where the delivery was - he was driving the largest tractor and trailer made - he said he could not. Then Freedom got involved and said it was my problem and I would have to pay to have a different truck do the delivery. WRONG! They said I was responsible because the location would not work with the trailer they assigned, Don't use these guys. They are unethical. I ended up working with the driver, adjusted the drop point and got it done. Freedom dumped on both me and the driver. They are horrible. They knew the equipment being shipped and where it was going. They should have reviewed the route and contracted the right rig. Then they tried to make me pay for their s**** up! DO NOT USE THEM!!

  Absolutely fantastic experience with Freedom Auto Transport! From the first call to the final delivery, everything was seamless and professional. Their customer service is top-notch, always available to answer questions and provide updates. The driver was punctual, courteous, and took great care of my vehicle. I appreciated their transparent pricing with no hidden fees. My car arrived in perfect condition and even ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Freedom Auto Transport to anyone needing reliable and stress-free auto transportation. Five stars all the way!

  Freedom made the transport process smooth and simple, very professional and communicative. Ive used other transport companies in the past, none compare to the service I received from Freedom. I will be using them again and recommend their service if you need transport.

  I was looking for a good company to ship my car,So i ran a cross Freedom Auto Transport LLC. The worst mistake i ever made. I call to have my car ship back to me, They told me it will be 5 to 7 Days. All the time while my car was out there never heard a word from them it was like Crickets. So on the 7 Day i call the driver to see where he was with my car and what time would he be here so i can be waiting. When i call on the 7 day the driver did not remember that he pick up my car, he said to me i pick up your car and where did i pick it up from. I said to him you mean to tell me you don't remember where you pick up my car. So he told me he was in Texas remind you my car was to be drop off on the 7 day that was the 7 day. So i call the dispatcher he had no idea where my car was he words was i will call you back in 5mins never came. I also spoke with the agent or rep what ever they call themself same line he use i will call you back in 5mins call never came. So i continue to call the driver he stop answering i was just concern about my car and why no one had an answer ,because they had no idea where my car was at. 3 days later still no answer on the 10 day i get a text from some other truck company saying that they have my car and they won't release my car unless they get paid. My car was sitting in someone else truck yard and i had no idea. So, why should i have had to pay a full price to get my car back when freedom Auto made the mistake. I will never recommend anyone to use this company they are unprofessional. Freedom Auto Transport is about making money and don't care how they treat their customers. This company get 0 stars from me they did not care about how upset i was about not knowing where my car was for 10 days and they had no answer. I will close by saying Freedom Auto Transport LLC need to do a better job in assisting their customers and stop being thirst over money. Why do i have to give a star they don't even deserve one star.

  I really want to give Freedom Auto Transport a negative star review for what was done to us. I called in Oct to get a quote to have a car transported to another state. I was given a quote. When I called this week to set up transport they said I was quoted low but they had to honor it. I spoke with ***** since Wed. and it was never told to me that they wouldn't honor the quote. We needed the car shipped within a few days. I spoke with ***** several times and then said I wanted to speak to a supervisor which never happened. ***** then stopped answering my calls. The worst experience I have ever had.

  I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I had a Harley Davidson Shipped from Las Vegas to Fort Lauderdale and they made the process flow smoothly. Customer service is outstanding. Mar was a pleasure to work with. To him I wasn’t just a customer on a spreadsheet. He treated me like family. If I need services again I have their number locked in. It’s no question who I’m calling.
