Something is not right here and seems like a complete scam. I have recurring charges on my credit union account that read "Point Of Sale Withdrawal ********* ******************************" I have no idea what these charges are and I have not signed up for any services nor received any subscription products. This company has taken money from my account four times without my consent. I want this to stop and I want reimbursed! I also want money for my time that I will have to invest into getting this resolved and the stress it has put on me. I no longer feel secure with my funds. I would like to know how and why they would use my card without permission. What theyvr done is fraudulent a d illegal. To prevent this from happening other ppl id like to press charges if they are warranted.
I mean if someone gets caught robbing a bank they don't just return the money and call it even. There are consequences. And I feel the **** company should have consequences as well.

Yesterday February 4 2025 I was at an event where I was told I needed to sign in and I could do so with my phone by using the qr code on a sign in the store. When I did this, it went to a site that asked me for my information and a card . I had no reason to think this was anything but the business that I was visiting, but apparently the qr code hijacked their site and rerouted me to *********. Before I completed anything (at least I thought) I asked a store employee, who told me that their website does not ask for card info. That is when I realized I was being scammed. I immediately went outside and called my bank and cancelled the card. But they managed to get in one charge. Now I need to go to the bank and file a dispute.Business Response

The transaction(s) were made electronically on 10/18/2024. The company is using spoofing to trick people into accepting a monthly recurring charged subscription. I was attempting to set up a parking app on my phone. I was redirected after following a link with the actual apps name.The subscription paragraph promises that subscribers can opt out and that the trial is free but there were 3 separate charges to my debit card. Thank you for your outstanding service.Recently we have noticed charges on our credit card account statement. Upon research, we were able to ascertain charges going back to November, 2023. November '23 (1.95; *****); December '23 (4.95; *****). These charges continue into 2024. On June 6, 2024, there are double charges of 4.95 x 2 and ***** x 2. We have disputed these charges with our credit card company. Our credit card company has canceled our card ending in 7844. We are not aware of any services being received by this company. July 30, 2024 WLYGT.net charged my debit card $4.95 and then charged my debit card again on August 19, 2024 for $39.95. I did not order anything from this company. This occurred on August 2, 2024. This is for information purposes only. I received an text message and then an email from my credit card company concerning potential faudulent charges to my card. There were two charges from WLYGT.net . The first for $1.95 and the second for $39.95. Both charges were declined by my credit card company. My card had to be canceled and a new one issued, which is a real hassle, especially if you have recurring payments from the card. After research this, apparently this has happened before with this company. There should be some way to stop this.Business Response
