I called this company to repair a broken lock on my sliding glass door. A man named **** came and told me the part had to be ordered. He charged me $375.00 on my credit card, and told me I owed him another $400.00 to be paid my check. I gave him a check for $200.00 and the balance to be paid on completion. I called the company and asked if this was correct and was told that it was correct. The man returned and replaced the handle. He then questioned me why did I call the company and I told him I was questioning about the money I paid by check I gave him the remaining $200.00 and he replaced the handle (which had been replaced a year previously), and he told me I needed a new lock and that I owed him an additional $50.00 that he had misquoted me. I told him he was called to repair the lock and I asked him why did he replace the handle it was the lock I had asked to fix. He sprayed some W-D40 into the lock, and got it to work and I told him to leave.He called me shortly after leaving and told me I made him loose his job. He told me to tell his boss, ****, when he called me to tell him he only charged me $375.00 for the job. I felt threatened by this man who insisted I tell his boss he only charged me the $375.00 **** did call me and spoke to my son in law, ****, because I was afraid and upset.I have called ****, left texts, e-mails, and called the company and nobody has responded. I feel this was dishonest and unprofessional for a company who has a 5-star rating. The irony is the handle is falling off of the door and I supposedly have a one year guarantee and no one will even respond to me I hope someone can help me.Sincerely,**************************************
