    Contracted National Restoration Experts in February 2024 to custom make custom closets. Closets were not finished after 7.5 months with the signed contract/proposal. I am being threatened with a Lien on my property for final payment of $4,150 when the work was not completed per the proposal and signed contract. The employee no longer works with the company who we made the agreement with. -We did not receive locks for two top jewelry drawers per contract -One valet rod for his closet -2 Robe Hooks -Touch up paint for paint chipping -Hers closet got stainless rods not polish nickel per agreement -Shoe shelves came in straight not slanted

    We have reached an agreement with the customer. We have credited $2,150.00 for mistakes on the project and will accept $2,000.00 from the customer as full and final payment. I emailed this to ********************* and we are in agreement. I won't be placing a lien on their property and they will not have this negative review listed on our BBB account.
