I purchased my bedroom set at Baers furniture store located at Pinecrest fl on November XX XXXX. The nightstands the paint is pealing off the furniture has horrible quality. I am still under warranty and they still refusing an exchange. This is a scam.Business response

As we have explained previously the damage caused to the top of the nightstand is not a manufacture defect. The issue was deemed to have been caused by moisture in the area of the damage by the technician as well as our quality control which is a usage issue. I never received any previous letter requesting more information from me. I am not satisfied with this company I was still under warranty and they refused to do the exchange. I bought over ****** worth of furniture. The sales person is great but the account team have no idea what they are doing. The amount was over several transactions and delivery. Few things changed during that time like added a pieces and canceled a few. It even included flooring. I asked for over 45 days for a statement but as I said Account has no clue how to create one. I went over everything with my sales person and he agrees they owe me $4,595.59 I disputed it once but then Baer's said they wouldn't delivery.. they where keeping my furniture hostage and claimed they would do a final settlement at the end. I paid them the amount again. So I waited and waited. excuse after excuse. I disputed it again but the Baer's kindergartener accounting told the CC company I had 2 disputes open but didn't tell them I paid them back 1 because they were keeping my furniture hostage. BAERS FURNITURE WAS NOT AWARE OF THIS COMPLAINT, I WAS OUT ON MEDICAL LEAVE AND IT SOMEHOW SLIPPED THRU THE CRACKS.
I HAVE CONTACTED OUR ******** STORE MANAGER, ***************** REGARDING THIS AND HE STATED THAT ****************** IS WAITING FOR THE ***** TO ARRIVE IN NOVEMBER AND THEN WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR DELIVERY.

Purchased in March 21, 2021 Living-room Furniture with middle table and Paid $6,340.02. It was delivered April 1, without the middle table, that I select it. At the time of purchase Salesman ******* never mentioned to me the table was going to be delivery in another time. Issue: Shipping has been delayed month after month. At this time estimated shipment is set for September. At no time did they contact me to tell me about the all delays.I had to contact them only to be told it would be another month wait. Manager's resolution: store credit. At this point I don't want a store credit to purchase another table, that will then be delayed another 3 to 4 months. I am unsatisfied with their company's lack of notification/communication through all of this and don't want to do business further with them. I paid for incomplete set, I did not receive, when purchase never was mentioned to me all of these delays. I DO NOT want a refund, I WANT TO RECEIVE THE LIVING ROOM SET MATCHING TABLE.Business response

I thought they were honest business to deal with. For me It was really expensive buying that Living room set from ****'s Furniture Store. What about if I return all furniture from them and for them to return all I paid for it. Will they be accepting this? Please What else do I need to do? Thanks ***** ****
