Allied Doors South Florida, LLC Response
05/09/2023
Customer called in on 4/26/2023. They had an old Genie opener that we could not service so a phone quote was provided to replace to a current Liftmaster opener. Customer called back on 4/27/2023 to include replacing the exterior trim in the appointment. The opener was replaced and door adjusted, balanced and lubricated on 4/28/2023.
Customer called back on 5/8/2023 that their spring broke on the garage door. We offered a courtesy discount of $40.00 as we had replaced the opener 10 days prior. Customer became irate and started cursing stating that we broke her garage door. Allied Doors manager explained to the customer that springs can break at anytime and it's usual due to usage. See references here regarding spring usage and breaking points:

The customer threatened to write bad reviews and we asked that they simply ****** or research garage door springs breaking to shed light on the fact that it happens often due to wear and tear and usage.
Allied Doors was upfront and honest in all transactions with *********************. Please reach out for further information if needed.
