    On 11/22/23 I paid Sands Harbor $5000 by credit card over the telephone, as a save the date deposit for my wedding reception to take place 11/24. I did so because I knew a few people who ran the business there. Those people subsequently resigned and their replacements are completely incompetent. I asked for a contract and one was never given to me. I have signed nothing. When an event coordinator called and didnt know my event was a wedding and stated you have no food reserved, I had enough and I asked for my deposit back. The (new) manager, ****** (tel number ************) refused to return my deposit and has recently hung up the telephone.

    I waited *************************************** so that I could be seated, one employee looked at me 3 times and never walked over, instead she continued closing one section of the restaurant. Another employee at the Bar looked over at us and when we made eye contact he turned his head and acted as if we were not standing there waiting to be seated. A 3rd employee was so confused when we asked him questions about being seated. This was by far the worst experience I have ever witnessed at a restaurant. Reservations were made through Open table for 9:15p Friday 5/13/2022

    We have recently completely changed over management so my apologies for the delay in response.  After reading the complaint that is titled "repair issues" it seems to me that this was more of a review on service better suited for a review site. I have reached out to the customer directly by email and phone to invite them back so that we can repair their previous experience with a new and improved one but I have not received a response. Since the time of the review, we have changed management as well as the entire team as we are in the middle of a rebrand. Please let me know if there is any further information needed.
