    1.Hired and provided deposit for project March 3, 2023.2.Start date was for 6 weeks from March 3rd.3.Six weeks came and project was not started.4.May 4th they assure me they were starting work May 8th and asked me for second deposit which per the agreement was due at time of starting work. They did not start the work and still deposited 2nd deposit.5. May 24th I sent them a notice I was cancelling the project and to return ***********. I lost trust in the company after they deposited the 2nd check as they failed to act in good faith.6. They replied and committed to starting project June 9th.7. I gave them another chance I told them if they didn't start June 9th I expected my money back.8. June 9th came and work was not started.9. June 11th I emailed them a formal notice cancelling the project and not to step foot in my property. Requested my deposit back via certified mail.10. today is July 11th and I still have not received *********** back.11. There have been several emails requesting the deposits back.12. Today July 11th, they sent an email advising they will start project August 21. 13. I was confused by their email as I cancelled the project June 11th.14. Almost seems as they are playing games.15. Deposit due back to me is $8,617 - Work was never started and material was never delivered to my house.16. At this point they have possession of my money. This does not belong to them and I demand my money back.
