    They did an unauthorized credit pull on me. It is fraudulent and want it removed.

    We are sorry that this consumer's credit was pulled, but LoanQuo does not pull credit. We even searched through every database we have and do not have any of her information. This consumer may have the incorrect company.

    First of all, I am on the Do Not Call List and have Opt Out of solicitations. Suddenly my phone started to blow up with a Scam likely call 2 calls at 12:08 7/25/2023 and again at 12:08 on 7/25/2023. There was a very strange email from **** talking about $25,000. I have made no requests so I immediately became concerned of identity theft and contacted the phone number in the voicemail ************** which brought me to this company, Loanquo. I was then connected to ********************* who wanted information to open my file. I requested her contact information, license number (which she did not have) and phone number **************. I informed her that I was on the Do Not Call registry and requested her to add me. She said that she would place my request but would not state that she in fact has added me to the Do Not Call registry. I then asked for her manager/supervisor name and she was unable to tell me her manager name immediately which made me very concerned. How can you not know your manager's first name. She indicated that she had to "look it up". When I became increasingly concerned about the legitimacy of this company that had been soliciting me she stated that I was being offensive. However, with the prevalence of online scams and fraudulent misrepresentation, any reasonable person would take the following precautions. She then provided her manager name as ************** am concerned at with this company how they gathered my information, do not follow the Do Not Call lists and then attempt to intimidate people when gathering information about said company. I would like this company to provide transparent information on how they are obtaining my information and what their use of my private data if they have illegal obtained.

    We appreciate privacy so we understand why this complaint was filed. LoanQuo rarely has many customer interactions as such as described. There has never been a cold call made in the history of LoanQuo. We have looked into this matter. The phone number ************** that referenced does not belong or affiliated with the company. We double checked and called the number to verify. We did not gather, purchase, or find any information regarding this consumer.

    There is an employee by the name of *********************** who is a senior financial consultant, that is harassing me with hennas verbal abuse. He has now emailed me three extended messages, insulting and verbally attacking me. I have asked twice to stop emailing me but he continues this unprofessional behavior. He is also digging into my past financial history and taunting me. I would like upper management to know what kind of employee they have employed but most of all I would like my information deleted from their system before he shares/sells my information based on his comment/threat that I do not know who I am messing with. I would also like for him to stop emailing me. Attached are the email exchange between us, I labeled them in order and which are mine and which are his.

    We have conducted a full quality assurance review of the calls and emails pertaining to this review and have taken the appropriate disciplinary action with the consultant.  We have been in contact with the consumer who is happy with the steps we have taken to immediately address her concern.
