  Trinity is not a moving company and does own a van. They collect an up-front fee from you and claim that they only work with reputable moving companies. Well, that is a complete lie. They assigned my move to ***************************** of **. My stuff was held hostage in a warehouse in ** and the mover refused to release my stuff when I offered to rent my own truck and drive from ** to ************, **. It took 120 days for the mover to complete the delivery and Trinity did nothing to fix this. They still work with All in One 2 years later and dont see a problem with what occurred.

  Absolutely zero stars!!! I am so sorry I did not check out the reviews prior to dealing with this company. I found the company by ****** search for "Best Movers", they are actually the absolute worst. The whole process is a scam. They are not a moving company but a broker house that outsources all the work to unknown movers. My fee doubled based on an over the phone assessments they did based on the furniture and articles in each room. The original assessment was performed by one employee and then a month prior to the move a second, "final", assessment was performed by another employee using the same information. When questioned about the change, I was told it was due to a more "accurate" analysis of the information. I specifically asked about the difference between volume and weight and was assured, by two separate agents, that if the household goods were more than I originally paid, then I would be charged for the difference and if the household goods were less than originally assessed and paid for, then a reimbursement would be issued. I took pictures of the van that came which clearly documented a smaller load than estimated. Trinity's explanation was that I paid for the van and not necessarily the weight or volume of the goods. I also had to pay 1K in cash to the driver at delivery or they would not unload the household goods. The move was to take 3 days to complete, it took the driver and his nephew 5 full days. I supplied meals, drinks and snacks to these 2 men and then was told I needed to tip them for their time. I have moved countless time with the military and have never had such a horrendous move and damage all due to inexperienced packing. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

  ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SCAMMERS. MY FEE TRIPLED AND THEY LIED. THEY OUTSOURCE MOVERS THAT CAME IN A BUDGET RENTAL AND DESTROYED MANY OF MY THINGS DURING THE MOVE. THEY'RE CROOKS AND DO NOTHING WHEN YOU COMPLAIN. ALSO THEY WANTED CASH ONLY. THAT"S A RED FLAG RIGHT THERE. READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS. GUARANTEE THEY'RE ALL 100% TRUE. HOW THIS COMPANY IS STILL IN BUSINESS IS BEYOND ME. REPORT IT TO EVERYONE YOU CAN.

  DO NOT USE!!! They are a broker and use other people to move you. They quoted me one price, and the movers gave me Another price after my stuff was on the truck!!! *********************. I was scammed. It cost me an extra $6000 over what they told me.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!?? ??????????????????????????

  This company is a nightmare. They quoted us a fee, then unbeknownst to us, handed the job to ***************** which was worse yet. They broke lots of stuff and I was missing my stereo cabinet, sewing machine, snorkel set, a lamp and much more. Lots of damage to what I received, too. They upped the cost right before delivery too, and don't take the stuff off the truck until payment is made. They refused communication so I contacted TVL and they contacted HWC twice, but now they've stopped communication too. Without obtaining a lawyer, and adding more fees, I'd like to know how to make them accountable and have them put out of business.
