This is a terrible company. The movers showed up two hours late. This was after texting me to tell me they would be an hour and 22 minutes late. I called them when they were 1.5 hours late. They were lost. I'm not sure why. I even wrote in the instructions exactly how to get to my street.Then, the website says that they can disassemble and reassemble a Peloton treadmill. They cannot. Of course, I didn't know this until they showed up and looked at me confused. As I result, I have to stay in town later than I planned to wait for an appointment for Peloton to disassemble the tread, hire another moving company to move it, and then call Peloton again to come and reassemble it. You guessed it - I'm out more than $600 for this fiasco.If that isn't enough, I received an email from someone at the company telling me that they were going to charge me an extra $170 because the movers didn't charge me enough. This was after the movers said they were discounting me for all of the issues ($200 off). Well, the moving company just charged my credit card more money, which I didn't authorize. I am now disputing this unauthorized charge through my credit card company.I wouldn't use this unethical and highly unprofessional company if I were you.

I have never experienced anything like this. Horrible experience. I wish I would have read the reviews before hiring them. I was SCAMMED. They quoted me 200 deposit and 150 after delivery. Then quoted me an 500 dollars when scheduled. Which they wanted in cash. Once that was paid they loaded my belongings on the truck and said they wanted another 1500 dollars before they would delivery my property. When I refused management stated they would take my property to ******* and hold it in their storage. Which is 5 hours away from me. They also demanded it be paid with a money order and said I could not address the money order. Insisting it had to be blank. Not addressed to anyone. I called the police because I knew I was being scammed. Which they said it's a civil matter. I was moving 4 blocks away from my current residence. I truly can't believe these people our still in business. I'm a first time home owner. The day was supposed to be one of the best days of my life moving into my new home and it turned out to be one the worst. Plus the movers damaged my furniture. Unbelievable. When I tried to speak to someone I got the supervisor" ***** ". She was extremely rude disrespectful and very unprofessional. I can't believe people like this still are still in business. Companies with no humility. They should be ashamed. I'm a single mother trying to have something to leave my daughter. They took food out of my daughter's mouth today and I hope and pray no one EVER does business with them ever again. They are scam artists. I'm just ashamed I feel for it. Good ****** learned. Please learn from my mistake.

Worst moving company. They are a scam. They will call you and ACT like they will give you the best price when, they are actually giving you the most expensive one. Make sure you read the details and fine print of their shady billing practices because they will charge you a destination fee, an elevator fee, a stairs fee, rapping items fee, etc. what was initially 400 usd ended up being ****. They hold your furniture hostage in their truck until you pay them IN CASH all these extra fees. The owner yelled at me on the phone. They broke some of my stuff and they dont reimburse you for these broken items. Worst experience ever.

Not all moving companies are created equal. Stay away from this one. Charged $400 for one roll of wrap to wrap our couch, $800 total. Refuses to take items off the truck without full prepayment via cash app. A move 15 min away for ******************* nearly 6k. They have a 22% bogus fee that is NOT disclosed at time of booking. All the hidden fees and terrible customer service but the owner who cussed at me and called me many names make this the worst company I have ever used. Horrific people.

First of all, this is the worst moving company that I have ever had the unfortunate experience dealing with! If I could give them 0 stars I would. They will call you and ACT like they will give you the best price when, in actuality, theyre not. They dont show up when they say and when questioned about it, they reply We dont guarantee an arrival time. They were supposed to be at my house at 8 am but, in fact, showed up at 7:15 pm. Make sure you read the details and fine print of their shady billing practices or they will stick it to you in the end! The owner will curse at you and call you stupid. They break half of your stuff before they are finished delivering all of your items. To top it off they dont reimburse you for these broken items! Overall, its a crooked company with two stupid unprofessional crooked monkeys working as their movers.

Do Not use this company!! They held my daughters furniture hostage until she went to the *** to give them an extra $1000!!

A $420 moving job turned into a $1300 moving job! The item needed to moved were exactly itemized prior to hiring them. ONE UPRIGHT PIANO! Full details were disclosed of the item and the sales rep assured me all was in order. Once we arrived to the destination per the contract the remainder owed was to be paid. I owed $206. Out of no where I was told I owed over $1300! What was I do to? I was literally shook down as my items were being held hostage. $350 in packing material (only 1 items was wrapped and they would not take the piano bench with out an extra charge!), unknown fees for travel not disclosed in the contract, heavy items fees for one item that was on wheels, it was a nightmare. When I spoke to the office they right away had a NASTY confrontation tone. This is obviously a ****. Papers have been filed in small claims court.

STAY AWAY! When a price sounds too good to be true, it usually is. They are a total scam, the managers are rude and disrespectful, and the workers are lazy and sloppy. WORST COMPANY EVER! They create prices as they go and your actual price turns out to be 3xs the quoted amount. Please go elsewhere. They also go by ***************** which had so many negative reviews they were forced to change the name.

When I spoke to the office they right away had a nasty confrontation tone when none was given to them. This is obviously a scam, but to hire a lawyer would cost more than was extorted from me.

After checking with many different companies and getting quotes for a move for my daughter from Tampa to Miami we went with this company. The quoted price was $1,600 dollars which spelled out all the costs, the hourly rate for the movers, and the cost for the move in the truck. After loading the truck in Tampa the final bill was generated and it came to almost $5,000. I was totally shocked by how off the quote was from the final bill. Of course the company has you as a hostage since all your stuff is now on their moving truck. I called the company immediately and talked to 2 different managers and not one of them was will to discuss the amount being charged. This is a very crooked and shady company so please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Here is an example of how crooked this company is. I left my daughter a roll of shrink wrap to use which cost like $20 however the moving company insisted that they had to use their own shrink wrap (just one roll) and they charged $400 for a single roll. This is a ZERO STAR company. I will make it my business to go on every site I can to leave a bad review for this company as customers need to know how criminal this company is for their bait and switch tactics.
