    I have a store credit of $10.21 with Alt Fragrance. Currently, the only product that I am interested in purchasing and using the credit is out of stock and is a summer item called the "Summer ****** Pack". I emailed the company twice to extend my credit so it would not expire on 03/30/2025. The Summer ****** Pack will not be available for awhile and did not want to lose my credit.Both times, the company refuses to extended my credits until the Summer ****** pack becomes available again. I am not interested in any other products.I want the company to extend my credit until the Summer ****** pack is available for me to order with the credit.Thank you for assistance in this *********** Regards,********* ******

    Purchased a perfume order # ALT#******* AND THE PERFUME GAVE ME A BAD ALLERGIC REACTION, SO I RETURNED IT, AFTER MANY EMAILS THEY FINALLY GAVE ME A REFUND OF 7.99,WHEN i PAID *****. i WANT MY FULL MONIES.

    On March 1, 2025, I ordered a 3.3 oz bottle of ALT Crystal fragrance and paid $63.62. I received a 1 oz bottle from ALT Fragrance, which was the wrong size. I paid $15 to return the wrong item after contacting the company support and ************* only gave me credit for $50.15, which was $13.47 less than what I had paid. Since they would not give me a refund, I was forced to reorder to receive the credit and had to pay an additional $18.41 for a new order (3.3oz bottle). After reaching out to ALT Fragrance support about overpaying for their mistake they only offered to give me a $15 credit, which is what I paid to return the wrong item back to them. I would like to be refunded $46.88, which is the $15 return fee, $13.47 is the amount I was shorted from what I paid originally, and $18.41 for the additional amount I had to pay for the reorder.

    Months after making a return for store credit I received my store credit amount. However, this store credit is not treated like payment it's treated like a discount code. Thereby I lose the free shipping that I would otherwise have if I wasn't using a discount code. I've also tried to place an order and because of these new problems I'm not getting the discounts when they are available. I want the store credit provided with free shipping and the 20% discount code because this is the only way that it is fair. I'm trying to place the order today and what should be between $30 to $40 is now costing me between $50 and $60. Store Credit is NOT a discount code it is actual payment. Is the only form of a return that you will allow.

    I placed an order with this company ob two different emails accounts. One personal and one business. Both orders were taken cate of poorly. The first order on my personal account took 9 days to ship.. I requested several times for a refund since it hadnt been shipped, they ignored me completely. They eventually shipped it when they got ready too. The order on my personal account arrived damaged. I also didnt like the fragrance that was damaged so I requested a replacement but with a new fragrance. They packed it up and sent the fragrance I didn't like. When I explained that I requested a different fragrance. . They ask me to refuse a package that is being sent via ****. How can you refuse a package when it's left in the mailbox? I requested since it hasn't been shipped yet can you just change it. They ignored me til this day. Nothing. After this experience I notice the business orderr never showed up. It been 15 days. So I reached up for tracking update. They told me they tried to upsell me at the end and since I refused the upset, they didn't ship it. I explained that they just lost business for doing this and cancel the order. She sent another email asking did I want the order. I said NO. She said thank yiu for confirming that yiu want the order. And I received a notification that the order was now shipped 17 days later. I specifically told them I didn't want it. I haven't sent several emails which is the only way to reach them. No phone number. They refuse to reply. They are stealing money from customers. I want my money back for the first order with the damaged product and 2nd which I asked not to be shipped and cancelled. This company has poor customer service and the perfume is terrible. I would like to send it all back for a complete refund. The reviews are sham and not accurate at all. This is an honest experience of what to expect when dealing with this company. So shop at your own risk. The total amount for both orders is listed below.

    I placed an order on the Alt fragrances website January 2nd (order ALT1851314).I received the products and one of the fragrances did not suit me. I contacted Alt support to ask if there was anyway I could return the fragrance I really didn't like. They answered me, saying I can send it back. They provided me a return address and told me to include a note asking for another fragrance they can replace it with or to specify if I preferred to be compensated. I then went to the trouble of returning the fragrance (at my own cost, no return label was provided) and when I contacted them to know the whereabouts of my return they answered me they did not accept returns from consumers outside the **. I wrote back very angry as I was told to send it back for an exchange!!! No resolution has been offered and this is frankly terrible customer service. At this point all I want is a refund.If they couldn't help me, they should've told me right away when I first emailed them and not made me return a product at my own cost for them to keep the goods and not help me!!!!

    I placed an online order with ALT Fragrance in the evening of January 2, 2025. The morning of January 3, I emailed Customer Support to cancel the order. It was after I placed the order that I found out that the items I selected were not what I expected. I thought I was ordering 5 items that were 2oz each, but it turns out that was not correct. I felt the value was not there, so I emailed them to cancel my order. I did get a response stating that it will be tricky to cancel the order. I received my order on Jan. ********************************************************************* exchange. I was going to keep the perfumes, but I tried a few of them and they do not last more than 15 minutes. I made an error at not looking at the return policy before my purchase, but in my defense, I was not planning on returning the items. I would like to return the items for a refund please.

    I ordered perfume from this company and it arrived broken and leaking all over. It was ruined and I reached out to customer service. They won't help me with replacement until I pay out of pocket ton return a leaky prefume bottle through the mail. I asked for a prepaid label to get it back so I could get a replacement but they keep asking me to ship it back on my dime first. This isn't my fault as the product arrived damaged and leaking.

    Regarding Order ALT1857809-The fragrance leaked out all over the packaging, box, and packing slip. I contacted the company via email and included pics. I asked for a refund because at this point, it is too late for a reshipment-this was a birthday present! I am now having to go out and find a replacement gift. *** informed me that I could not have a refund, only a store credit or a reshipment-neither with benefit me.....I don't want to deal with this company anymore and a reshipment will not arrive in time. Reading these complaints, I feel this company is shipping out fragrances with loose tops, etc on purpose, this is how they are making their money and it is not right to scam customers like they are doing! I would like my money refunded! The customer service was also poor!
