    On 2/9/24 ordered a rifle for $738.95 online. Order #******. Credit card was charged said amount and product was never delivered. Phone number for them is no longer valid.

    I bought a barrel from them on April 10th, 2024. When I received it, there were finish defects and it had rust spots on it. Clearly not a new part as advertised. I've been trying to contact them ever since. I have sent a couple emails to their customer service email address, tried their phone number (which doesn't connect), tried the contact form on their website a few times, and even posted a review on their site under the product I purchased which they haven't posted. All I want is to exchange the part for a different one.

    I purchased a firearm from kalashnikov USA, they took my money, claimed they had the rifle in stock, then proceeded to string me along for months. Eventually they stopped responding to emails and it turns out that they actually went out of business and I had to find out from ******* So kalashnikov USA was going out of business, had no gun in stock, and was still taking orders and pocketing peoples money. My last 4 emails haven't been responded to and the Internet says they closed up shop. I'm trying to get my money back through a credit card charge back as it's my only recourse now.Outrageous that they were scamming people on orders even though they were out of business and claiming they had stock when they had none.

    Hello. I placed an order for an item. My order # is ******. It was ordered on the 12/19/22 Paid with my credit card. I keep get updates saying they were behind because of the Holidays. Then they say they don't have enough parts in stock. I get responses saying check next Wed or next week. I send email asking when an eta of my order??? They say check next week. It's been long enough.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I have received the part after placing the original order on 12/19/2022. You products are good. Except for the lack of communication on why it was back ordered so long. I kept getting check next week then check back next week several times.  I just would like more communication. I received an email saying you had it in stock. Then my order was on backorder for over a month.
