    On March 6, I hired Royal Blue Roofing to fix my leak. After paying a deposit, they came to fix it while I was in NY working. My neighbor who is part of the Board sent pictures and the way it wasn't done properly, they came back and refix it. they were also suppose to fix a small par of my fascia for $200.00. When I came back, the fascia was badly done and I called ***** they owner who sent ***, to collect the balance and to see the fascia. *** claimed that was the only way it can be fix, where to rotten wood was still visible. at the time ***********, I will pay for the wood but not for fascia and called ***** who agreed in writing to NOT PAY THE BALANCE and *** would call to apologize. On October 11, I contacted ************** email to inform that the leak was worse and spreading into a new area. He quickly had *** called and and send someone to give me a new quote. when I spoke to ***, he informed me that he does not recall that they did work in that address. I asked him why didn't ***** communicate with him. They stopped taking my calls. I emailed with no response and when I told ***** that I would file a complaint, he had *** called me and told me that I didn't pay my balance in full and they are other leaks that needs to be repaired. The leak is spreading and I would like to get this repaired properly and inspected. The new quote its way more than the first repair which means they are not honoring their warranty and charging me as a new client. Despite may attempts to communicate, both *** and ***** only talk about more money and not honoring their warranty. At this time I don't trust them to even do the repairs but the leak is getting worse and spreading inside the house. With no hope to resolve this I have to file a complaint and seek help.     we contracted to fix 2 leaks in the overhang outside , we fixed the leaks and get a call sometime after to say still leaking but when we inquired  , she said leaks where on the interior of the house, we duly gave her a price to fix the new leaks , she is adamant its the same leak , but it is not . I told her to keep the balance she owed us for the work (15 dollars) as she had already said she was not paying the 200. That is when the threats of reporting my company started , December 19th (yesterday is when we received notification  of the complaints
