    On September 21st I submitted an order with South Florida Sign Company to remove a sign at address ******************************************************** in **************, I never received a confirmation that the sign was removed for that reason I went to remove it myself and discovered that the company had never sent for the sign to be removed. The new property owner disposed of the sign for waste and ultimately it was taken away by waste management, they disposed of a sign that had value of $200. After this incident I contacted the company to ask what had happened and explain my discovery and was told that the company does not work in that area. However my order was never cancelled until today when I received a cancellation of order to my email, after a month had passed, money spent and a loss of property. The company should had advised me immediately that they don't work in that area. They received my order and nobody called or emailed me.

    ATTACHED IS THE ***** RECEIVED ON SEPTEMBER 29 THAT THEY RECEIVED MY ORDER TO REMOVE MY SIGN.

    DAYS PASSED AND I NOTICED I DIDN'T GET A BILL. I CALL THE NEW OWNER OF THE HOUSE AND THEY INFORMED THAT SIGN FELL DUE TO THE HURRICANE AND CITY ALREADY CLEANED THE **** TAKING MY SIGN IN THE GARBAGE

    AFTER CALLING SOUTH FLORIDA SIGN, THEY SAID THAT THEY DON'T REMOVE SIGNS THAT THEY DIDN'T INSTALL. NOT A PROBLEM AS SOON AS THEY RECEIVED MY ORDER THEY SHOULD HAD CALLED ME TO ADVISE ME IMMEDIATELY.

    PAST WEEK THEY SENT ME AN ***** WITH A CANCELLATION ORDER, A MONTH LATER. UNACCEPTABLE. OF COURSE AFTER THE COMPLAIN

    I SENT A COPY OF THE ***** TO YOU GUYS THAT THEY RECEIVED MY ORDER ISN'T THAT ENOUGH?

    THIS COMPANY MAKES THE ***** I BOUGHT FROM THEM SO THEY KNOW THE PRICE.ALSO MY SIGN HAD A LED LIGHT WHICH COSTS $50

    We do not offer post installation nor removal services in ******, **.

    Our removal service is part of the installation contract. We only remove post that have been installed by **. If you see in our website the removal of posts and signs is usually free. This is because removals are part of the installation contract and are included in the price of that service. We never provided any installation services to this agent.

    We are very sorry about your situation and invite you to try our services. Since you are not currently customer we can provide a new customer discount of 30% and we can make you a new sign at the discounted price.

    First of all I am your client and I did several signs with you guys. Including the one in question, so you have my sign in your file. 
    Second I understand now that you do not serve the area and do not just remove the sign. So as soon as you receive a request for removal READ AND CONTACT THE CLIENT IMMEDIATELY TO SAY YOU DONT SERVE THE ***** Do the work.
