I hired this company in March, earlier this year, to install a Solar Panel system.Their quote was approved for 35 Solar Panels, for a total of $25000 to be paid as 25% to process permite, 50% after permits granted to buy materials and commence job and 25% after job completion. After 25% payment was done, they changed the scope to 29 panels, alleging city "harrassment" to which I agreed, having a similar total installed wattage capacity. The contractor tried to install a mini split A/C unit for us; we discovered he lied and he has no A/C installation license and did not file for the permits for it, after over a week and thousands of Dollars in damages, including a complete condenser unit damage (another $1000 from my pocket), he demanded to be paid $1600 for this (I refused to pay). After months of delays, this contractor left the job unfinished, taking with him 15 Solar panels and insulting us stating he does "not feel safe working g around faggots and their nasty diseases" and claiming our house is "Sodoma and Gamorrah" because he saw my cousin kissing another guy in the pool, what he described as "sexual gay stuff..."He did not complete the job (this system is not working, no net meter has been installed) and he is not coming back or returning any money.
