    I took my cart for a transmision repair with no damages to the body except for the rear bumber that had some scratches but nothing major. when i went to pick up my car they parked it next to other cars so you could only see the driver side not the passanger where the damage was done. Once I got home I noticed the huge dent on the rear passanger side. The transmision work was not done propertly since the transmision was still kicking really bad and not shifting so I took it back to their shop. I spoke with the owner they said that they conducted their investigation and the body damage didnt happend in their shop yet they refuse to show the camaras records. I contacted local law enforment and the sheriff told me that unfortunally I wasnt the first one that complain about them and since they know that this is a civil matter the police can not get involve therefore they are used to getting away with it. He did advice me to reach out to you guys. Now back to the transmission work it self they spend 3 more weeks with the car the paint on the car is full of blue particles from painting a car near by and everything was good with the transmision for a few days. Now at this moment the car is not shifting again is kicking really hard once again and I just feel that is unreal that even the police says that they are used to getting away with it and they still in bussiness. Please Im seeking help. They need to do they job properly with the transmision and fix my door that they damage or return my money back. Please Please look into it. So more dont fall for this and Hopefully this issue can be resolve. Thanks in advance

    They had fixed a transmission for me last year in August, they said I have 2 years warranty, last week the car stopped it doesn't wanna go to drive or reverse and the transmission leaking oil fluid I called them spoke to ****** he have to talk to **** first to see if its covered they asked me to send the invoice to make sure, i sent it its been a week I never heard from them.

    I contacted the owner of this business to diagnose my car on possible transmission issues in my car we arranged warranty company on this repaired he told me they approved $3600, i had yo pay $1500 off my pocket, to closed the deal he repaired the transmission in a week he over charged me almost $700 extra, i asked before picking ip my car to give me proof in paperwork that the transmission was new and not rebuilt, he sent me a video of a new transmission and a car similar to mine but it was not mine, (i have proof of that) and when i paid him the about amount of $2,144 to pick up the car he refused to give the paperwork that shows that the transmission was new and not rebuild, i asked over and over and he said it will appear on the *** of the vehicle and i checked and it doesnt show, now i believe he scammed me, and i would like to know if you can help me on that and what can i do next? thanks in advance

    i have been driving the vehicle and the vehicle transmission has  more issues then when i took it into the transmission shop, i contacted **** the owner and he doesnt not reply to my messages even whe he reads them

    i took my work truck to get the transmission fixed they provide two year warranty. now it's been less than 1 year and the truck is having the same problem i took it there to get it fixed, i've been constantly trying to get them to pick up the truck to fix the issue and they are rude and inconsistaent saying they will pick it up and don't. i need this truck fixed as soon as possible

    954 Transmissions, ************************* rebuilt my transmission in 2021. I had a 2 year warranty. In January 2023 the transmission started leaking. ************************* the owner told me to put leak stop in it. I took the Jeep to another transmission shop and learned that 954 Transmissions cracked the case. I had to purchase a new transmission. 954 Transmissions refused to honor their warranty.

    I dropped my car off 3 weeks ago with just a transmission issue (missing 2nd gear) my car ran fine besides that. was told it would be ready after a week, got constantly told it would be ready for days, received it back 9/29/22 and the transmission went 6 miles and immediately broke, had it towed back in same day, waited a week received it back 10/07/22 car is now burning coolant, steaming out the front and back and the transmissions still not good and they let me drive off with it like that. my car is in a worse condition than when i brought it in and its undrivable.

    Transmission replacement My 2010 ****** Sentra SE-Rs transmission went bad. I took my car to this transmission specialist, 954 Transmission in Pompano. They charged me $2,900 for a new transmission. They say they dont rebuilt ****** transmissions. Four months later I got the car from them and it didnt sound right at all. In less than months it went bad again with the same exact issue. They told me it was ok, the transmission is under warranty. They towed the car to their shop. Tree months and few weeks later I got the car back from the shop and for a second time the same issue occurred in less than a week. I called them and they had it towed again to their shop. Its been 3 months since they have my car. Every time I call to ask about the car the person answering the phone never seems to know anything and he always Refers me to another person that I can only reach via text message. When I do text him he doesnt reply back. I keep thinking that they probably put a used transmission in my car or they found a way to tweak it here and there just to make it work for a while. I have the original receipt and I have texts after texts and even recorded conversations. I started recording our conversations after not ones but twice the person answering the call cursed me out and hang up on me just because I wanted to know the *** on the car. Its Just bad service overall. I have to take Uber 5 days a week for work and its costing me over $150/week. Thats just to go to work and back from work. If they cant install a new transmission which I payed for to fix the car right then I should be able to get my money back. Ive been taking Uber for a total of seven months when I add it all together. Even after I explained that to them they purposely kept the car.

    On 4/22/2022, I paid ************************* of 954 Transmissions $1,530 for his work on a "new" transmission, repair of a rear main seal and a transmission cooler. He informed me of a two year warranty and stated that no matter where I was and had transmission problems, he could send a tow truck to me for it. On my credit card statement, I noticed he does business under ********************************* Transmission but that's another thing. About 3-4 months after I got this new transmission and new cooler, I have experienced a leak, hard/delayed shifting and more $ than if he would have got it done right and not cut corners on the work he did. It took him less than a day to do it and I question the integrity of the work done. I contacted **** about the problems I was having and sent him videos and pics and an explanation and I was met with super defensive and combative responses. Instead of telling me yeah man, come on in, bring it in, I'll look at it or I'll send my tow truck guy to you and look at it since it's under warranty, he brushed me off, told me I didn't know what I was looking at, that it was power steering fluid and basically not wanting to take responsibility for it and saying everything to wash his hands of it. The leak was coming directly from the transmission lines that I traced to it and it is just a big headache that could've been resolved had he honored his warranty and been a man of his word and handled it professionally. I tried calling him on Tuesday morning, 9/6/2022 but he had me blocked and I left voicemails. I did contact him over the labor day weekend. When I informed him I would make a complaint to BBB and the state, he said the BBB doesn't do anything and that the state would tell me to check my feelings and laugh it off. I am planning on taking it to another reputable shop that has told me they have had prior experiences with this guy and his work and it's never been pleasant. I have to pay another shop to do the work right. Please don't make the same mistake.
