    I needed my kitchen drain unclogged so I researched multiple plumbing companies and found ***************************. I was contacted by ***** and we agreed upon a price of $ 275 plus tax which came out to $ 300. They had a plumber named ***/**** come out on November 18, 2024 to check and correct the issue. They ran a snake but that didn't fix the issue. They said they would have to do additional work which would cost another $ 300. He came back the next day and cut a hole in the ceiling in the basement and cut the pipe and used our hose to attempt to unclog the drain. The drain seemed to be unclogged but after they left, the drain turned out still be clogged. ***** from the head office said it would cost more to use other equipment to ****** the drain. There is no reason for me to have to pay more and I am requesting a refund of the $ 600 dollars they charged me since they didn't fix the issue at all. They also did not provide us with a receipt of their work and cannot tell me their full names or give me their plumbing license numbers so I can verify they are legitimate plumbers.
