      On 08/31/2024 I attempted to sign up for the traffic course. During the sign-up process, I entered my card information and was instantly charged at that moment. After I was taken to the next page, I was prompted to pay an extra amount to receive the certificate in a timely manner. However, there was no clear indication that clicking the button would result in an immediate charge to my card, and I never received a receipt letting me know I was being charged after I exited out of the website due to such a deceptive practice.As a result, I am now out of $85.15. To make matters worse, I have been trying to contact the support team via phone and email for the past four days to request a refund since I have not and will not use their services, but I have not been able to reach anyone and just stay on hold.

      This business is advertised as Lowest Price Traffic School. They are on the approved DMV Florida list to obtain a learners permit for teens. First issue is they claim a price of $19.99 for the permit exam when in fact they add an additional $19.99 at checkout. After you have already paid, committed and created your account which requires sensitive personal information of your teen and a parent you then proceed to the exam. Except you cannot complete the exam. You authenticate identity then if youre lucky proceed to start of exam then you get rerouted to a website alert that just says test ********** cannot get out if it move forward. There literally is no test. You will never get to it. Of course then they have a message center to contact them & a phone number. You can wait in hold for hours with the same recurring playing over & over. Your messages have no response bc theres no one in the other end. My son chose this place bc it was on the approved list & was advertised as lowest price. It was a scam and this company if theyre actually a company should be ashamed and closed down immediately. The one time I did not do my own research & read reviews bc I was giving him responsibility the adults of this business take advantage and this is a great example of what us wrong wuth our society. Its despicable.

      I did not receive an email from lowest price traffic.  Of course I dejected my sons account bc I did not want them to have his sensitive info.  Im glad they cannot locate it, if they even exist as a legit company.  But his account that has no impact on how there company is run.  They have no customer service the phone rings off the hook for hours wuth the same VM pls see complaint.  This is the problem.  Their response is absurd.  Even if they found his account it makes no difference in what our experience was, again please read my complaint about this being a fraudulent business. You cannot actually complete the exam you pay for it double fold.  Its all a scam.

      No they are not.  The only contact they have ever had with me is by reading their response to you. You cannot contact anyone by phone or email & there is no live chat for issues on their website.  Its all there to look at but when you try to use any of those things they are non existent.  Why didnt they contact me about the refund from my email directly from my sons account? Because no one exists on the other end.  No response to live chat on site.  Why was I on the phone with the same fake voicemail Playing *** repeat to no end for hours.  You should look at the reviews of all the people that have gone through the same experience.  Exactly the same.  Its a shame that its targeted at teens.

      This is all around disappointing & clearly not being taken seriously.  Even if AI were a feature it would not explain all ways to contact them.  Obviously this is going nowhere & no they did not try to contact me. A refund is beyond the point.

      AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This traffic school will nickle-and-dime you through the whole process and try to trick you into paying more money than you should. They market the course as being $6 but when you go to pay they charge additional fees and it comes out to roughly 40$. Annoying but understandable and comparable to other driving schools. BUT! They will make you pay and ADDITIONAL $40 to get your certificate emailed to you!! Then will proceeded to tell you on the next page that they send the certificate to your clerk of court. If I had known they would send it themselves I wouldnt have paid $40! The worst part is, after you find this out there is no way to try and return to the previous page and change your option. Almost every other driving school I saw afterwards charges less than $40 for the whole program and it comes with a digital copy of the certificate. Having to pay an additional $40 to get an additional copy is insane. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

      Scam Alert..I was searching another traffic school and this site popped using words in their ad that are the same as the name of the one I was searching to click bait you into thinking they are that site. They gimmick you with a 78% off pricing of $5.95 then state there is a ***** and 3.00 processing fee.. then once you enter your info and go to the next page they tell you you now have to pay another 40$ or more for your certificate and ask if you want to add that to your charge but meanwhile they have already taken your $39.25 and now your stuck there realizing one this wasn't even the right site that pulled you in with their click bait but you are already out the money. And try calling their so called eager customer service and expect to never have your call answered. I called twice and was on hold for over 40 minutes with no hope in sight. If you are searching for another traffic school read very careful what pulls up because this company has programmed it so they are what you click on.

      I bought a Groupon from Lowest Price Traffic School on March *** **** for the * Hour Basic Driver Improvement course. It never said anything in the fine Print on Groupon about any additional charges. Every other course I have ever bought on Groupon has been for the whole course, nothing extra needing to be paid. The moment I went to use the Groupon, this place, which guarantees that it is the lowest price (which is a lie), charges $** or so to finish enrollment in the course (something never disclosed on the groupon). Then, if you want a certificate of completion emailed to you (which most of the other similar courses all do automatically), you have to pay another $*0. They steer you away from the free mail option by putting it at the bottom of the options, saying it takes many weeks, and even having a "fun fact" that mail is often delayed. It is so coercive, misleading and Deceptive, meant to milk you of every extra dollar they can throughout the whole process. It was such an upsetting experience.

      I feel this company participates in deceptive advertising and charges. I signed up for traffic school through the ******************** when I paid my traffic ticket, the promoted service "lowestpricetrafficschool", was advertised for $4.95,I was billed for 3/10 for $39.25, which understandably included ******** taxes, ect, on 10/12, I was billed another $29.88 for a test re-take, also understandable and agreed to. Then I was billed another $39.95 for what they say is the email of the results-not agreed to or expected as I was in no rush for the results.-- then another bill for $14.95 for I don't know what. When I called to ask for the charges to be removed, they claimed I agreed to and chose these services.

      A search of our support box and did not find a communication from your email.  What address did you use to reach us?

      Our records indicate you reached us via our call center on September 15, 2023. We do not have a record of any contact with us prior to this date.  You did provide a citation number at the conclusion of the course therefore a certificate was not generated upon completion.  After speaking to one of our representatives we determined you were not eligible to take the 4 hour BDI course as you had taken it twice before. This was confirmed via the Palm Beach Clerk of Court Website.  You provided the citation number during this  call and we emailed a copy of the certificate to as you stated you wanted to submit the certificate to the Clerk Of Court in person.

      We have refunded all monies paid for the course as we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.  Notwithstanding these disclosures, we again sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration this experience has caused you.

They have absolutely no reason to bill me. I want this company to reconcile this. I did not opt for any continuance of services or products. I will block them and report them as fraud to my bank.
