Discount Computer and Electronic Repair Response

Customer brought a ********************** into our shop that was not booting. We recovered his data and sold him an ***** I3 DESKTOP. He only had ****** to put down and asked ** to finance the rest. It appeared to ** that he is a senior on a very very limited budget so we made an exception and decided to honor his request. He called ** and said nothing was working and asked us to come to his home and help him. We did so and upon arriving he asked if we like ***** or *****. We just said we are for the constitution. HE WANTED TO CONTINUE TO ARGUE politics. WE DISCOVERED that the computer ran fine and all his problems were due to not knowing his passwords for email and others.
We offered to have him come to our shop the next day and help him with his password issues. Instead he got someone else to come and help him. AFTER that he called ** and said the computer we sold him was old and he wanted a refund. WE TOLD him the i3 WE sold him ran as fast as any new computer for the basic needs he has for his computer use. WE offer no refunds on used equipment and the tech he had come to his house had just filled his head with nonsense.
HE NEVER even asked about new computers and considering he only had ****** we thought we were helping him. WE BELIEVE that our unwillingness to agree with his ***** BELIEFS is the reason why he is mad at **.
WE guess no good deed goes unpunished !
