      Owner has another business that goes by the name bubble bath box. In this site she also sells VS merch. I ordered a big mug that had some stuff with it along with other items. When i received my merch i did get everything but 2 items were missing and the mug I ordered was broken. After emailing the company they did replace the two items that were missing, however, ************** they have said nothing. I have asked numerous times if i should open a claim with the post office since the mug came broken and i have heard nothing. I have ordered in the past and have never run into any issues. This time however, not a peep. I just need to know how to proceed. There was no apology or anything for **************. I even sent a picture to see how it was.

      The owner of this business did a giveaway that I won. I was asked to email her with my address so the products could be delivered. I have emailed at least 5 times and sent messages from FB messenger and no response. I will say I placed order on Black Friday for a Pallet and my card was immediately charged and item arrived a few days later. Dont have a giveaway if you arent going to send the prizes! Bad business practices:

      giveaway items are done 1 x a month from oldest to newest. if customer was continuously replying they put their giveaway to a newer and newer status. giveaways are gift cards that are sent via messenger not to an address. sending an address may of also caused confusion from staffing. we do not ever ask to be emailed their address.

      I am rejecting this response because: this was a clothing haul you did. This was personal clothes out of your closet. You picked my name to win a bag of medium/large items. You asked me to DM you my address so you could mail out the bag of clothes. I never received the clothes or even a message. Im sure I could go back and retrieve the live where you said my name and that I won. This may seem like not a big deal to you but to me it is. Im a single mom and my daughter watches you everyday. She heard my name get called and was so excited that she would be able to receive the said items from you.

      She is scamming alot of her followers out of money. She was selling powerball tickets on her website spoiledcosmetics.com today and now that she got $700 worth of tickets it's now off her site. Shes a fraud/scammer

      Hello,

      This customer has not purchased an item from ** since September.

      All products this customer has purchased have been delivered to her address.

      There has been 8 transactions with the customer listed above since 2021 with no fraudulent claims.

      We are Unsure why the customer is talking about the item listed above when she did not purchase stated items and has not been in contact with us to discuss through our email.

      There has not been any scams through our website.
