    October 15, 2022: date contract signed Contract amount: $6115 paid in full Fence Installed: 11/3/2022 The salesman told me they would come out one day, remove the old fence, set the new posts, and come out the following day to install the fence panels once the posts were securely set. That is not what happened. They did the entire job in one day. That evening, we had a rainstorm. The following day, my neighbors mentioned that my fence was leaning over. I called the company; they sent a man out. He took a lever and straightened the fence. However, he did not do anything to the cement anchoring the fence posts. My concern is that the fence posts shifted before the cement was set and therefore are not secure as they should be. I have called/emailed/texted the company trying to get a resolution. I asked to speak with the owner. I was told I could talk to the salesman ( I called the salesman and have not had a response to date). Frankly, I don't know if the salesman has the authority to remedy the situation. I am a senior citizen and do not have the resources to replace a fence that was not installed as contracted.

    I have read your complaint and I am having trouble understanding your concerns. As I see it, we installed your fence in a timely fashion. You had a rainstorm in which you reported damage and we quickly resolved your storm damage, the next day. We ************* your type of fence in that way you suggested. We always install the fence in the matter we did so.

    If you have further issues with your fence, please contact our office at ************. At the moment you do not have any issues with your fence and we feel that your BBB complaint us not warranted since you do not have anything wrong with you fence.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    They did NOT install as I was told.  They installed all in one day.  The posts werent properly seated when they added the fence panels.  That very evening, the rainstorm caused the fence to lean.  I want them to come out, pour more cement around those posts so that there isnt any gaps in the cement compromise in the strength/integrity of the fence.

    I hired fence dynamics to install a fence on the left side of my backyard in *** I live in ** and part Fla. I went over all details with the rep I was very clear that I didnt want the fence installed until I was in Fla and present Rep told me that the company's next step would be a call to schedule install I discussed with rep to call, I dont use email The property markers from survey were clearly marked with the present spikes in ground and a flag marked by a surveyor. . I was assured that the fence would be installed close to the property line. It was to be off the ground and as high as possible. It was to be level across the top ( this was to give privacy from neighbors). I discussed with the selling Rep that the fence, if installed level and strait across the top would not match up with the neighbors fence in height. That was ok and what I wanted. Therefore it would have a larger space on the bottom of the right side of fence then the left as groundsloped. I was assured that it would be no problem installed how I asked. I believe on aug 17,2022 my neighbor ***** called me and said the crew was on my property beginning installing the fence without scheduling. She handed her phone to the worker and we couldnt communicate because he didnt speak or understand English.I called office and said stop, I was not in ******* and I want it done correctly. She assured me they really do understand English. I told her I was specific how I wanted it installed and what I agreed with rep including scheduling. She insisted they were there and all would be done correctly as agreed. I felt pressured and coerced. It was installed off prop line 2-3 feet. They reinstalled incorrectly again sept 19 After sending more pics and diagram I was in contact with them via text and told them it still had gaps and followed down slope not right, then silence No final bill, then oct 18 sent threatening notice that if they didnt get paid in 6 days they would file a lien

    It is unfortunate that we could not meet your expectations on the fencing after several attempts to do so. As per your written direction to us, you said it would be better if we took the fence down. We have been trying since August to get paid from you and you keep changing the criteria for us to do so. Our office has repeatedly contacted you via phone, email and text and you have not responded. We are awaiting the singed paperwork from you to remove the fence. Once you sign the paperwork we will proceed with removal.

    On 4.31 I signed a contract for a fence & I paid Angel $1300 as a down payment.. Angel said 6-8 weeks. On 5.28 someone dropped the wrong lumber off. Fence to be installed on: 6.6, Then it was 6.9, then 6.12, then 6.16, 6.18, etc. Never happened. Emailed 6.20, left a message on 6.21, emailed again 6.22, talked to Cassie on 6.24 who said install would be done 6.25. Left another message today & was told I would get a call back. How are they still doing business??

You are indeed correct that we are awaiting the correct lumber. Once the correct lumber is in stock, which has been on order since 5/25/22, we will schedule a date with you to install your fence. The install process should take approximately three days. Again, please accept our sincere apologies. Thank You!
