    May 11, 2023 $4350.00 Install 6' vinyl privacy fence with gates.Gate improperly installed, Gate posts damaged by installer. Fence along property line installed at an angle so it ended up on neighbors property. Survey and survey irons were provided, but apparently not correctly utilized along with a survey iron being removed by the crew prior to completion. Company notified of gate issue on May 12. They promised to fix the issue. May 24 noticed the survey iron was missing. Contacted a surveyor to put the corner back as the fence appeared to be on the neighbors. Surveyor replaced the iron and located the fence ******** inches on the neighbor's property. Smart Revolution notified and I received an apology and assurance that they would move the fence. After numerous contacts and attempt contacts both owners showed up June 16. They agreed to replace the gate posts and tried to extort $1000 to move the fence off the neighbor's property. Again no show to correct the issue and not responding to my inquiries to them.
