    on December 12,2023 I gave a cash deposit of two thousand dollars to install a fence, After several excuses blaming Charlotte county because he was waiting for an approval which is false. I ask for my deposit back after many texts he dropped off 1 thousand said In would have the rest the end of month. so far no money

    I have agreed to pay her back for sometime now as have had some sickness in the family and Ive given her half(1000$) of the 2000$ back already. *** sorry this has had to go this way. I am working on it. I have closed the business and started a new job. Im going to make payments as best I can in the next eight weeks. She will be completely paid in full by sometime in June. (4) payments of $250 every 2 weeks. Never got permission from the *** to do the job so didnt get the permit. Really had no help from ***. I assumed full responsibility as a business to pay her back. Thank you.
