Great organization to work with during the whole resurrection of our pool. Gave good advice to us regarding the up grading of our pool. Very professional organization.Review from Sue L

They resurfaced our pool, very shoddy work. Streaks and not uniform color. Acid washed it two times improved a little but not what we paid for. Last time they came to acid wash it they dropped a pump and marred the bottom in the deep end. A representative from the surface company came to look and said, it is not the worse job he has seen, really that is all you came to say. The guy said I don't think Resurrection will fix it but I will tell them what I saw. Last we heard from anyone at the company. The owner has yet to contact us. So disappointing, hard earned retirement money down the drain. Horrible company.Review from Michael

From these reviews and my own experience, it seem this company owner does not understand the importance of customer service.
I have just bought a house where the previous owner had Resurrection resurface the pool. There is a ten year warranty but for some strange reason it does not transfer to a new homeowner. I cannot understand why a company would warranty its work to one person but not another. Sounds like discrimination to me.
The pool surface is cracked and regardless of the discrimination, I am prepared to pay for this company to rectify its own defective workmanship.
They have refused to do so saying that they don't cover the Sarasota area any more.
This is appalling customer relations and I believe it is entirely unreasonable for them not to stand behind their work. I guess the next step is Small Claims Court.

Whether or not he is our customer, it is unfortunate Mr. ****** had an unpleasant experience with our company. As explained to Mr. ******* the 10 year manufacturer's warranty on the finish applies only to the customer who purchased the product, and it does not transfer to new homeowners. Likewise, workmanship warranties apply only to the purchasing customer.
As we have reduced our service area to provide better overall service, Mr. ********* residence no longer lies within the area in which we may provide a new proposal. We recommend searching for a local contractor.
