      Carpets were left soaked even after 34 hrs with air on 70 entire time. Plus 6 floor fans running 38 hrs used towels and a roll of paper towels to soak up some of the water. I was told when I tried to push my couch a bit in B order for them to get more of the area, I was told No I cant do that. They couldnt even lift a 10 pd floor lamp that I left in corner of room on for them to clean the corner where my kitty had gone pee. This and the fact my sick dog had diarrhea so the cleaning was together the carpets cleaner than what we had been able to do. Well its not one bit cleaner at all. All stains remain. Smell in the areas I told them about. Than withinn45min they say their done $130 when quoted $110. Saying my living room is a combination liv/din. It is NOT. Strictly a living room the other room cleaned is the dining room. Would never use again. I dont know how they have the reviews they do, 45 min rush through job
