      While a patient with this dermatology business,I was concerned aobout the visual piece concerning the appearence of my neck. I said I would like to fix this.The doctor said I could have an evaluation of what could be done to remedy this situation.She said it would cost 50.00. I said I could not afford this. The doctor said that there would be no charge.I agreed,then, to be evaluated. Dr.Kristin W. gave me an evaluation, and later, charged me for this. I explained that I was TOLD that there would be no charge, but they continued to send statements requesting me to pay this charge. I have paid it, but they lied and charged me for this service that,previously, they told me would be NO CHARGE AT ALL.
