  I used this company to get a marijuana card. They advertise a membership plan with all these benefits for 29 dollars a month. When I found out the membership did not offer the benefits they advertised I asked to be removed from the plan. I was assured I was removed from the membership plan and would not see anymore charges. Well the next month I was charged again. I did not pay, as we reached an agreement for me to no longer be a member. In July, 90 days after receiving the card I paid 240 dollars to have active for 7 months, they canceled my card. I called asked for a refund. Got the runaround until I got to the final boss a lady named *******. Who hung up on me. She was rude and ignorant, as would be the case for people of her ilk. I want a refund. And I want them to stop advertising their membership plan as it is just a way to extort people for more money, and offers no benefit.

  As administrator at Marijuana Doc I am responding to your accusatory letter dated 07/08/24 sent to ******************************** (copy enclosed).
  After doing my due diligence I am happy to report to you the medical marijuana clinic that you are referring to and that treated Mr. ************ is not us. We have 7 offices located throughout the ********** area and our name is Marijuana Doc.  Our main office is ******************************************************************************************************************* Our webpage www.seemarijuanadoc.com. We do not have nor ever offered any type of membership plan or program as was mentioned in your communication. Furthermore, we have never had an employee named *******.
  Please assure me that these wrongful accusations have not been posted anywhere nor will they be.
  If youre reasoning or excuse is that the companies have similar names, may I suggest that you (at minimum) sharpen your investigative skills.
  We believe, as I am sure you know, that accusations of this type and magnitude from any credible body distributed to the public could lead to severe damage to an otherwise innocent party- not to mention decrease the credibility of that said body.
  We also realize we all make mistakes.
  We are disappointed Mr. ************ may have been mistreated in some fashion (I was not there) by another company in our industry.  ******************* is still in need of a Marijuana Physician, we would be happy to see him and please inform him that we at Marijuana Doc will treat him as we treat all our patients with the upmost honesty, respect, and fair pricing.
