    Lot Deposit $100 CASH was collected 2/11/2015.Paid to **** in the office. I was told that when you vacate the lot the deposit would be returned. The only condition was that the lot be clean and in the original condition. On October 18th 2024 my trailer was removed from the park and the lot was in perfect condition and clean. I called **** in the office about the deposit refund and she said yes it would be returned as soon as they could see that the lot was vacated and clean. She never called back. I called the other park as the phones were down at ********** on October 30th. and ****** said they were not returning any deposits to anyone. I asked for the Park Manager ****** or ***** to call no phone call has been returned.

    The lot deposit serves as security for a reservation. ****** deposit was rolled over from the previous season for the upcoming winter. If we are informed they will not be returning the following season that is when the deposit would be refundable.  The deposit is available on his account that may serve as a deposit for a future stay.  We always let the clients know you dont lose it you have to use it.

    I do not accept their response 

    I notified both Hailea in the ********** office and **** in their ********** office on October 18th 2024 that I would not be returning for the start of the season which begins November 1st every year.    At that time my trailer was in storage on the lot at the park paid up until November 1st.

    **** who is the main contact person for the ***************** told me that yes my deposit would be returned they just needed to inspect the lot that it was left clean.   She said they were very busy and it would be 1-2 days until they could look at the site. 

    On my next call back ****** from the north park office stated that Jamar does not return deposits  

    As far as Im concerned after renting in their park for 9 years and paying my bill to them without ever an issue this amounts to theft .    And is my $100 cash deposit being reported as income to the *** ?     I doubt it.

    July 11,2022; $200 deposit on lot rent not refunded. Deposit is supposed to be refunded when you sell your unit and vacate the lot. I sold my unit 7-8-22, told ************************* on 7-11-22 and asked for my refunds. ****** is the park manager. She said that ***** would need to check the lot and approve the refund. *********************** is the owners son who oversees the park. I have contacted them 3 times asking for my deposit to be refunded. July 11th, August 1, and September 2, 2022.This is a park model homes and rv park. I was only in the park from October 2021 until April 2022 and I paid a man $25 a month to take care of the lot. I sold it in July 2022 and someone else has been living there since then. I would think if the refund is dependent on how the lot is when you leave, someone would need to check it immediately when the renter vacates it. I waited 3 months for my refund because I hadn't done anything to destroy or change the lot that my unit was on. I will be uploading receipts and descriptions of the information I have included also texts between ****** and myself. As a business I believe they need to honor what they say and what they have in writing. If they are not going to do that I believe others need to know.
