    Was referred by doctor and until was dropped off at home. Not notified of bill until after allotted time to bill insurance company past. Now in collection and insurance companies never billed. Saw this is a common practice of this company noted when checked out on BBB site. First notification was June 2024 by text message, at which time I called Advanced Diagnostic and told them the doctor that referred me had insurance info. Didn't hear from them again until March 2025 when received bill and threatened to send to collection agency. Now received notification from ***********************, (acct #***********, ********************************** saying they are collecting.

    Harassment the claim they reference has been paid fully by insurance. No billing statement only text messages weekly. Have not clicked on any downloadable info as I fear it will tack information on me.

    In November 2023 my doctor ordered an overnight pulse oximetry test at the request of my oxygen equipment provider (Aerocare / Adapt Health) in order for ******** to cover the equipment fees. ******** delivered the equipment on 11/15/23 and I returned it to them on 11/16. On July 15, 2024 I received a phone call from *************************** requesting payment for an overnight oximetry test that they said I had taken on April 5, 2024. I stated that I had not taken such a test on that date and they replied that they had documentation that I did, which I requested to see. The documentation provided by ********** is all from Advanced Diagnostic Solutions. The bill shows the test that I took on 11/15/23, showing it was paid for by ******** and my supplemental insurance on 4/1/24. (it appears they tried to file claims under an old insurance plan). They also sent an 'Assignment of benefits' document that has a signature on it that does not look like mine at all. It states that it was signed on 4/9/24. I did not sign this document. It also has incorrect insurance information on it. I have since been receiving text messages requesting I pay the balance of $45 or they will turn my account over to collectors. I have contacted my doctor and her office says they did not order an overnight oximetry test in April 2024. I contacted my equipment supplier ******** who says they have no record of checking the overnight oximetry test equipment to me in April. Both are documented in emails.I called *************************** at least three times to try and resolve this issue. In the last call the representative told me to ignore the bill and recommended I block the phone number the texts are coming from. (really, that's what he told me). At this point I assumed this is all a scam.I don't know what the relationship is between Advanced Diagnostic and Blackstone, but Advanced Diagnostic is supplying the documentation that is erroneous.

    I received a bill from Advanced Diagnostic Solutions, **** for a service dated 9/23/2019. I do not recall this service and am objecting to receiving a bill in such an untimely fashion. Since this statement shows that this company received an insurance settlement for this service on 9/27/2019, I believe that I should have received a bill, if I did indeed owe for a service, in a more appropriate time frame. I am challenging this charge.

    Your insurance denied the test and therefore did not pay which is what our office explained to you when you called in on 12/07/2022 and why a bill was sent. We can provide you with your records for the test that your insurance denied and you a more than welcome to contact the insurance company to see if they will reverse their decision and pay the claim.     I received a call from a bill collector over 2 years after the bill. I never received a bill. My supplement who would have paid it never received a bill. I was very upset because we have paid all our bills for 42 years! I asked our supplement to pay I was surprised with the time frame and they did. I am mailing their payment today but I have called billing multiple times and got a voicemail I dont know my account number and Im hoping I have the right address. This has been absolutely ridiculous.

    Our systems currently show this account was never forwarded to our collections team and that the $7.79 balance was paid in full on, as posted in our system, on 03/24/2018. The patient can submit a letter to our office that the patient has received from the collections company as the patient has a zero balance and has not had a balance with our company since 03/24/2018.     Our office was located at that address but have since moved to the Trinity, ** address provided. Our facility is a nationwide diagnostic testing facility and test patients through out the entire country. If you would like to send us a copy of your collection letter, we can better serve you and possibly match your account correctly to see if our facility provided you with one of our diagnostic tests.
