Subject: Complaint Regarding Failure to Disclose Vehicle Issues To Whom It May ********* am writing to bring to your attention a concerning matter regarding Victory Lane Auto Sales of Port ***** *******. My recent experience with this dealership has highlighted a serious breach of trust and transparency in their business practices. In October 2023, I, *************************, purchased a 2006 ***** Silverado **** HD, VIN: *****************, from Victory Lane Auto Sales. This vehicle was advertised as a premium, one-owner vehicle with low mileage (****** miles), and I paid over $16,000 for it. However, shortly after the purchase, I discovered undisclosed issues with the vehicle, which compromised its safety and performance.Upon further investigation, I found that Victory Lane Auto Sales had failed to disclose these critical issues during the sale. Despite being assured of the vehicles quality, I encountered significant problems that rendered it unfit for safe operation. It is imperative to note that it is illegal for an auto dealer to withhold information about vehicle issues, especially when marketing premium vehicles. By failing to disclose these issues, Victory Lane Auto Sales has violated consumer protection laws and breached the trust of their customers.I urge your organization to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that Victory Lane Auto Sales complies with all legal and ethical standards in their business operations. Consumers deserve transparency and honesty when purchasing vehicles, and dealerships must be held accountable for any deceptive practices.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,*************************

    Hi ***,

I'm sorry that you're unhappy with your vehicle. It's a shame that I cant respond with pictures of the truck to show how beautiful the truck is. I'll at least use this opportunity to highlight our side of the story.

You purchased a truck from us and immediately drove it back to your home in ************ (about a 3 hour drive). You then called us four months later demanding that we fix your truck because it had developed a rough running condition or refund your money back. Before I could even respond, you threatened to dispute your credit card charge that you used to purchase the truck. I reminded you that you bought the truck AS/IS with no warranty and you declined to purchase the extended warranty that we offer. When you bought the vehicle there were no known issues. I personally drove that truck quite a bit. We pride ourselves on customer service and I understand that you were irritated that the truck was having an issue, however you were very aggressive on the phone and kept escalating.

    Now we find ourselves here.

As I stated in our phone call, we were willing to help you try to navigate the issue and help to find a solution, however I'm not willing to help when you get nasty and start calling names, etc. Thats where our customer service ends. I hope that you find a simple solution. All the best.
