5 starsWe contracted with Coastal Building Construction (Lance, Rhpett, & Tyler) to create an addition along the back side of our home. From the initial conversations, to designing, permitting, construction, and through the final inspection, we have been pleased. CBC and their team have created the space we wanted in a way that blends naturally with the original home, and the family room and screened porch are quickly becoming our favorite places to be. Lance, Rhett, & Tyler’s professionalism, knowledge of the craft, and attention to detail throughout the build run second only to their patience as we “tweaked” the original plans as we went along, their creativity in adding to those changes, and their care of our pups’ needs to continue to feel comfortable in their space. 5 starsWe had Coastal Building Construction, Lance, Rhett & Tyler, build an extension of approximately 12 ft X 30 ft to the front of our house. We could not be happier with the quality of work and all that they did! Their professionalism was always apparent from the first meeting to the constant communication either in person or by text and email. They always showed up when they said they would and helped with design suggestions that made our screened-in porch everything we could have dreamed it would be. If you are looking for a TOP NOTCH experience from start to finish, every detail done to perfection well these are your guys! Lance, Rhett, and Tyler of Coastal Building Construction run a business that is flawless, never once did we have to ask questions or worry, dedicated to doing the very best job they could, they far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend CBC!

5 starsExceptional ground up service! Lance, Rhett, Tyler, and the team were prompt with communication and deadlines. The budget set was very reasonable and the guys were unexpectedly able to save me some money off of that initial budget.
