  Highway robbery. Took advantage and way over charged !! Stay away unless money is no issue.The plumber was kind but also told me, while trying to sell me several other items, did they get paid by the job. Makes you wonder why they would overcharge.I confirmed I was not being billed as an emergency call , but they charged as if it was. I spoke to another company after they completed the work and they would have charged $250 and Elite charged $850. No transparency in pricing - just a short sentence describing the job and no details of hours or material to gauge how they are billing and if it even made sense. I was in a pinch with my son leaving for college and didnt have time to shop around and its unfortunate they will take advantage of you. This was to replace a 1 section of upponor pipe. Material cost would have been minimal and labor time less than an hour. I spoke to a manager that was rude and just talked over me. **************** is terrible also. After to speaking to several other people after they complete the job, everybody was a ****** that they would charge that much and suggested complaints with the Better Business Bureau, as well as seeking further action as its a completely unjustified price. I hope to prevent others from getting overcharged as they did to me as its just completely unethical.

  At first I thought this company was great. Their techs and customer service reps were top notch. Elite had serviced my residence in the past and I was happy. Recently they replaced my ac and water heater. I was pleased until I examined the bill. They list the units themselves over three times retail price. When I contacted them to resolve this issue, a combative rep, ****** *******, responded and basically told me they weren’t willing to help. This rep was about as pleasant as a DMV clerk or a TSA agent at an airport security terminal. She said “We aren’t a nonprofit organization “ insinuating I was looking for an handout. She was incredibly condescending. After a few emails back and forth, she got mad and told me she wasn’t going to handle the problem at all. I didn’t want to deal with her anyway after all that. So I tried contacting the company again and she responded playing goalie for the company I guess. They do however contact you when they need some money from you. Make sure you familiarize yourself with the retail prices of the items you get from them before signing anything. Where there’s opportunity lies temptation. Don’t end up paying triple retail like I did.

  We had installed in 1 day New faucets in 2 bathrooms & in the kitchen plus New garbage disposal & a New water heater. Our 2 guys were on time, polite, professional, worked happily through difficult obstacles & left the areas cleaner then they were. Everything looks & works beautifully. Prices were a bit high, but your getting quality product & service along with peace of mind which is priceless. Look up Elite Electric, Plumbing, & Air, Inc. on the dictionary & you will be referred to EXCELLENCE.

  I've used Elite for more than a decade. I've also paid them $15 a month for years for twice-a-year maintenance on my AC unit. I paid them $8000 two years ago for a new AC unit. It broke two days ago. When I called yesterday morning for help I was added to the visit list for the day and told I'd be called back with a time. I called them just before 5 p.m. to find out I'd never been added to the call list. But they showed up soon after and hopefully fixed it. But I had to pay almost $300 for a part on my barely two-year-old unit. I also was told the six-month maintenance wasn't done in a timely enough manner although Elite Air schedules the appointments and they aren't supposed to return until the end of this month. In the past decade I've spent thousands of dollars at Elite for AC work, plumbing and a pricy hot water tank they installed within the last year, but I've lost all faith in them. The workers that come to the house are polite, helpful and hard working. But like every other business today, the owners just want more cash for shoddier units and parts. I've never been treated this badly by a company I've worked with and spent thousands of dollars with, including the monthly maintenance amount that can't even get me listed on the repair call sheet. This company is no better than the dozens of other companies just like them in the area. I'm also contacting the BBB about this.

  ****** from Elite installed my *************** electric water heater a few days ago. The installation progressed in a timely manner. ****** and *** were pleasant and professional! The price was very high but I was assured that I had purchased a commercial product rather than a big box unit. ******** experience and knowledge won me over so I did not pursue a 2nd quote (regret)!

  Elite is *******************. The keep my AC unit it top notch condition. They make it easy to schedule and always show up on time. I highly recommend them.
