    My husband died June 20th 2021. At the time of his death, I paid for his burial and headstone at the time of his death. They summited my order to the gravestone people according to them on July 9th, 2021. At the time of purchased they said 3 to 4 months. So, in October 2021, I inquired about the arrival of my stone since it was 4 months. They said it was on the on the truck of deliveries they would receive that week. it was not! inquires failed to find the headstone. It was suggested to me by the girl in the office at the front desk that they have this new company, and they can reorder it from them and get it fast. Well, we did get it quickly, but the headstone was poorly made, and it will never hold up over time. It has already faded out and the shabby work and chipping had advice further from the areas in question. It's very poor quality. I believe I have been deceived from the biggening of my inquires. I believe it was never on that truck. I, infect believe that it was never order at that time. Today I was at the cemetery 9/19/2022 and the grave next to my husbands, this person died 5 months after my husband. Their headstone was there. So, when I ask about this they said as they have said many times before it's on its way. This is going on for 16 months!!! I am 76 years old, and my wish is to see this done before I too pass away, and it never gets resolve.They have reordered the headstone on November 4th, 2021. but since then, many headstones have been placed at the cemetery. My issue is that if the originally people lost my headstone, and they went back to them asking them to make up another one. Why did those people put me behind all the others that came after me!!!!!! If infect it was indeed order through them in July 2021 and they lost the headstone as I was told. Why wouldn't these people do the right thing and make my headstone up before all others???? I did nothing wrong infect I paid upfront in cash at the time of service!!!!
