      This ************ has been Claiming they were properly taking care of our new pool since February of this year. The Techs have been neglectful and we have let the company know on more then one occasion the water chemicals were not tested. They were aware the pool was a salt water pool and the techs poured gallons of Chlorine in the pool. The actual maintenance was mediocre at best. We always had to go behind and clean it to swim afterwards. The pumps/filters were not cleaned. Now we have decided to go with another company. I gave notice to the receptionist that there is damage to our equipment that will cost us money to repair and to please STOP our service and DO NOT charge for the month of June. I was assured we would not be charged and then we were charged 115.00$. Now I have been told twice they have issued a refund and no refund has been issued. Nobody will answer the phone. Nobody emails or calls back and no office manager is to be found anywhere. I simply want a refund for services that were not rendered and charged to me by this company. They are negligent and unprofessional and owe me 115.00$

      On 10/14 /2022 I hired Morningside pools to install a new pool pump which I prepaid $300. I cancelled this job the next day about a refund as my brother installed the pump instead. I was called the day of the cancellation and was told that it would be 3-5 days to receive the refund. After 10 days I called again with no answer until I posted a review on their website. Finally I was called and told that the refund was being processed that day and would receive it within **** days. Here I am 6 weeks later and still waiting for the refund. I have now incurred finance charges on this account and financial stress from this being without these funds to use.

      Company does not show up weekly.Our pool turned GREEN under their care. They had excuses, including rain but did not refund service. There is absolutely no excuse for that. Security cameras around home verify that no one was showing up to clean and service pool once a week. We fired company on the phone with customer service Nov ******** for not showing up again the last week of October 2020, and demanded a refund. We threatened a law suit for bad business practices and NO service. They still havent issued a refund AND they proceeded to charge us for ***************** after being formally fired Nov 1st. Do not do business with these people. They shouldnt be legally operating. Horrible company!!! We demand a FULL refund for October and November. We did not receive service for full month of October.

      I contacted Morningside Pools, Inc. on Tuesday, November 25, 2022 to replace a fuse in the Hayward Aqua Rite Electronic Chlorine Generator box. I was at the box when I turned on the filter system and could see the fuse blow out. I had put a bag of salt in the pool the night before, so I wanted to get a reading before I left for work and saw it blow out. When I called I was reassured they would get someone out to look at it and would send me pictures of the when they were there and any parts they had to replace, but they needed payment before she could send someone. So I gave a $100.00 service fee. I asked them if he could replace the * ring too while he was out there. Heard nothing back so called next morning to get an update told they had to order the part (fuse), it wasn't in stock. Called the next day to update didn't know if the part came in would call me. They never called back and every time I called the office their other phone line was ringing and was put on hold for up to 5 minutes. Finally, on Friday with no answer as to when they could come fix it, they didn't know, they are having problems with the repairman and they were busy cleaning pools, so maybe Monday they could get to it. So I told them it was taking too long that I would take care of it myself to cancel my service order and issue me a refund.I received an email from them saying they don't replace fuses and nor were they ever going to come out an replace it. They were never out to my house, I never received a pic of them at my house. I knew what was wrong when I made the initial call for service, so why wouldn't she tell me then they don't do they type of work. They just took my money and gave excuses as to why they couldn't get to my house. I've attached the invoice wherein it states "salt cell not working properly fuse blew" and charged me $100.00. Upon looking up this corporation I saw it changed hands in 2021 so bad customer service
