    On 8/29/24 i used the public transportation service Art on demand and i had a horrible experience with a driver. when i reported it to a manager i got hung up on. Everyone that *** experienced in this company is very rude and passive aggressive. Its as if the entire company has no rules in regulations in regards to dealing with customers while providing a service for the community. I would like all recordings and phone calls reviewed so you guys could see the extent of unprofessionalism Ive experienced. They talk and treat people as if they know nothing will happen to them. Ive had nothing short of a horrible experience using art on demand and it seems as though they need new leadership because who they have now in charge isnt fit for the role. The very rude manager that i talked to name is ******* and the very rude driver name is ******. Please help in regard to this situation. I dont want anyone else feeling how i do at this moment. No one should be talked to or treated the way Ive been by any company thats customer service based.

    Constantly leaving me stranded at universal employee parking not picking me up and saying they have picked up but I am still waiting on them to get here and saying that they did but I am still there and calling customer service and they said they had called me and I didn't receive any calls
