Great customer service, pretty reliable and honest. Have used them several times to pick up my cars the exceptional quality of care more than compensated for it.I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to ship a car, **** does a great job!!

BEWARE OF THIS BROKER! THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE FOR MOVING 4 CARS, BUT THEY FAILED TO DELIVER ON THEIR PROMISES. THE PROCESS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE EASY AND QUICK, BUT INSTEAD, I ENCOUNTERED NUMEROUS ISSUES. FIRST, THEY MISSED THE INITIAL PICK-UP DAY WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. THEN, THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY WERE HAVING TROUBLE FINDING A DRIVER FOR THE ****** TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, THE ***** CHANGED TWICE, AND MY LAST CAR WAS HELD HOSTAGE DUE TO A RATE INCREASE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BROKER AND LOOK FOR A MORE RELIABLE OPTION.

I am very appreciative with the customer service I have received from the team over at M&M Freight and Logistics and their auto transport service driver with SF Union (unknown name). Chris, the M&M agent provided a wealth of information for me to make an informed decision. He was honest, forthcoming on the process, transparent, and patient during my fact finding based on several negative reviews against most if not all of the auto transport companies out there attempting to get your business and money. In addition, several scammers as well looking to steal from you that I had seen during my search, so PLEASE BE AWARE. After a couple days of deciding, I chose M&M Freight and Logistics and I couldn’t be happier. Chris negotiated a decent price, found a driver, and scheduled my vehicle pickup for the next day. I was provided follow up communication by text and phone during the transport from Chris at M&M Freight and Logistics and the driver (unknown name) with SF Union. During the entire process with M&M Freight and Logistics, I felt the due diligence and professional vibe extended by M&M Freight and Logistics paid off with a great trustworthy company who provided me excellent, efficient, effective pickup and delivery during “my” experience. I felt reassured that my vehicle would arrive safely with no hidden fees or drama once the information and agreement was finalized. Chris at M&M Freight and Logistics, and SF Union (unknown name) did an amazing job and I am very grateful and appreciative for the customer service and support I received. I am glad M&M Freight and Logistics works with trustworthy drivers. If you are looking for a honest, no evil, no nonsense pricing, no pressure, efficient, professional, and safe service, I would highly recommend Chris from M&M to get you set up on your logistical needs. Very positive experience with M&M Freight and Logistics. Was quoted a price and that price didn't change from original quote to drop-off. There were no hidden fees. They were honest with me from the start even when I asked if there was any wiggle room on the price. Other companies gave me a really low estimate and then were quick to increased their prices as soon as I replied with some information and were extremely pushy once I said no. I told them I'm not going with someone who's going to give me an appealing price and then jack it way up. With M&M, the price was very competitive and the driver was awesome and very friendly. If I ever have to ship another vehicle, there's no doubt that I'll be M&M and nobody else.

******* was wonderful. He showed up exactly when he was supposed to. He kept me informed all the time and dropped off the car perfectly. I've had really bad experiences in the past and I'm so happy to find a company that does it right and efficiently I will spread the word around, thank you very much

M&M Logistics is Fantastic, they contact me about my car needed to be shipping East cost, After agree upon the price my car was picked within an hour and which is unheard of and they also communicate with me, Even when I received my car they still called to check if everything is good.I will deal with M&M again.
