Mr. ************************ from Disefano Enterprise LLC was working at my neighbor's house. I asked him to look at my driveway to see if he could repair and repaint driveway. He took a look at it and said he can do the job. He gave me a quote and my husband and I accepted it, and we signed a contract. We agreed to pay him 50% before the job and 50% upon completion of the job. He agreed to start project during the week of February *****. He had his employee ***** repair and paint the driveway. The invoice states "strip paint on driveway appr. 400sq. pressure wash driveway for prep of epoxy filler for cracks, fill in cracks in driveway with epoxy or hydrolic cement caulking, pain entire driveway. The day his employee ***** completed the job, it looked great! We did not park our cars or walk on the driveway for almost 1 week! The first few days the driveway had tire marks on it! the next few days, the paint started to peel off under the car tires! I called ********************** to tell him what was happening, He told me he was out of town for a memorial service, and would contact me upon his return to *******. he asked me if there were 2 coats of paint used! I didn't know so he said he will check. I also checked the invoice, but there was no mention of how many coats of paint to use. He did not get back to me! I have asked several times for the rest of the paint he has not gotten back to me to let me know if he still has the can. I used him in good faith, I am very disappointed in his customer service. We paid him $1,350.00.
