    Hired Premier van lines for a move from upset NY to *****************************. I was quote $2000+ a few hundred. The company they sent charged another $6K. Then upon arrival of my furniture, it was broken, television flat screen broken, tv ruined. Held in storage about a month. When delivered I had to pay another $1248.00 to the company named I Hate 3 Move. I filed a complaint in 2021 and Premier denied the service.

    In response to the complaint being filed against, I hate 2 move. There has never been any contractual contract or services rendered nor any payment being made from supposed customer to the company ( ******************** )

    We challenged the customer to supply any documentation that they had any relations with I hate 2 move which is located in ***********************

    We shall ask the complaint specialist from Better Business Bureau to please contact the person that is filing the complaint to please provide any documentation between both parties if not supplied or not supported with in their statement being made against I hate 2 move, please remove the complaint.

    I am rejecting this response because: see files attached to the email you sent. Could not attach to this file. Premier lied and so did I hate 2 Move. The move was in October 2021 from ******, **
    To *********************, **. Furniture was stored for a few weeks then delivered in November, 2021.
