    ************** do I begin! I had two tiles that were broken and needed to be replaced. My insurance company required that the work be done by a licensed contractor and that it be documented with before and after pictures as well as a bill. I called Koch on a Monday and they immediately had their repair man contact me. *****, a licensed roofer, not only called on Monday, but he was here first thing on Tuesday morning. He wanted to repair the roof (I had replacement tiles available) for free! But, because my insurance company required billing, Koch provided the required invoice outlining the repairs that were completed on the roof. My roof is only 5 years old, but I will never forget the integrity and kindness of Koch and of ***** in particular. Koch will be only roof company going forward!

    One of the most professional, thorough, and reliable companies I've ever seen. *********************** took extra effort to explain everything his crew would do during the installation. I've never seen such a hard-working and professional crew such as this. They put on the new roof, cleaned up everywhere around the house, mowed the grass, used magnets to locate any loose nails, and took pictures of the roof for the inspector and wind mitigation folks. I never hire anyone without doing due diligence. BBB has Koch rated at A+. I would make that A++. They made adding a new roof to my house a very pleasant and satisfactory experience.     Recently I was looking to put a new roof on my house, my friend advised me to work with Koch Roofing. Best advice!!! Mr. ********************** went above and beyond even when they found a problem with the original roof. He assured me not to worry he would take care of everything, which was all done in a timely manner, and I have the peace of mind that if an issue comes up all I need to do is call and they will be there. Its great to know that there are people who can be trusted to do what is right and decent. I would, without hesitation recommend Koch Roofing to anyone who is looking for a new roof. Thank you Mr. ********************** and thanks **** for answering all my questions.

    My wife and I sought a new roof for our PSL home earlier this year (2022). We got several quotes and found Koch to be very fair in pricing. But we found them to be even better when we employed them! They did what they said they would in a timely manner. It's great knowing there are good people serving the area!
