            On 5/7/24 I signed a work order and put down a deposit of $2933.00 to have hurricane shutters installed on my house. The total price is $7789.00. During the Shutter installation one of the worker broke a window. Note the window was cracked however the worker braced himself on it and put a hole in it. I spoke to the owner and his response was since it was cracked he was not going to repair the window. He kept referring to the window being previously broken even though it cracked. The window has been cracked for almost 20 years and has gone through numerous storms with no problems.

            I requested that they lubricate and make sure all my shutters are operable and they charged me $166 for that service. Yesterday I TRIED TO CLOSE THE ***** DOOR SHUTTER AND COULD NOT! I asked them to come out to remedy this situation since I am leaving to go up north and need to be sure all shutters are closed before I leave due to the impending hurricane season. They informed me to soonest time they could come out is August 30 which would put me right in the middle of the hurricane season. This is unacceptable! I need somebody over here before I leave which is July 24th. They said they could not help me. Before they did whatever they did I was able to easily close the front shutter. I cant now!
