      This company came out for an issue with a leak in my A/C unit and the tech was there less then 10 minutes and told the warranty company nothing was wrong and closed the ticket. The warranty company denied the claim and the next day the A/C unit leaked out all the antifreeze and It cost me so much more to get it fixed. Due to the tech not doing his job, lying and not removing any of the covers caused more damage.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/10) */ Contact Name and Title: Thiago ******* - Manager Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: *******@weathertechservices.com We received your dispatch from your home warranty during the evening, we then went to schedule your call to be serviced within less than 48 hours, where you chose to hire your own private contractor, and top the system off with Freon, because you did not want to wait for the home warranty service. When we arrived, we found the system filled with freon, where you insisted that a leak search would need to be performed. I tried explaining to you, that in order for a leak search to be performed, the system would need to be low on freon, which it was not, since you had a company go out the day before and charge the system. After we filed a claim for a leak search, since you insisted, the home warranty company denied our request to perform a leak search, since the freon pressures were normal. We also advised you to have your coil clean due to a restriction, which you refused to take any advice on maintaining your system. Unfortunately, we are unable to help you, since you want service in a manner, where we are not able to provide, and not authorized by your home warranty. Our job is to inform and file claims with the home warranty, we have no saying in the outcome of the claims, and if they chose to not pay us to perform a leak search, unfortunately, we have no means to do so.
