    March 28, 2023 Amount of money paid so far $6,150 Business agreed to remodel two bathrooms: 1. Epoxy Floor: Two bathrooms: 200 sqft total white epoxy w/light grey veins 2. Epoxy Shower walls: Two bathrooms plus backsplashes around tub (epoxy white quart)Nature of dispute: Contractor came to the house on 3/28/2023, he started sanding/grinding tiles and did not seal the bathrooms to prevent toxic dust from getting all over the house, clogging up air vents, getting dust in the living room, closets, stained hardwood floor, dusty bedrooms while people and pets were inside the house. Contractor did not clean anything. Contractor continued work for the next 3 days, asked for additional deposit of $2,050 which he received. Contractor did not complete the work and has not returned since April 4 date when he received the additional $2,050. His excuse has been that he has "important projects that he needs to finish" while he had me remove my toilets and sinks, knowing that I have tenants in the house. Additionally, whatever work he has done so far does not match the description of the agreed project. Business keeps telling they are coming but never do. Invoice Number: ****
