  SCAM!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!! Please be careful when reserving hotel stays! This scam site really makes it look like the original hotel site when booking. They took our money and the reservation was never made. So they STOLE our money. No one contacted me back after 3 emails.

  This is a scam website. You think you are booking directly with the hotel but you aren't. They charge high fees and won't give refunds if you cancel. I tried to cancel 5 minutes after reservation when I realized what happened and they wouldn't allow.. They have terms and conditions on the website so they are protected against credit card charge backs.

  Absolutely terrible to work with. Looks like the hotel site but is not. Charges high fees and will not cancel rooms. They make sure the requirements needed to cancel are diffcult to obtain. Will never recommend anyone to use.

  Despite using different web browsers, I cannot reach the website to make a complaint with Reservation Stays. It masks itself as the hotel that I booked, and I was defrauded into booking my stay on its website not realizing that it was a third party. Only after I contacted the hotel did I learn of the deception. But my credit card was billed an onerous fee even after I cancelled the reservation. I cancelled more than a month before the reservation, and the hotel advised that I was entitled to a full refund. This third party is profiting through its deceptive practices, and without the authority of the hotels it is supposed to serve.

  booked a two night stay at Embassy Suites, thinking we were booking directly with the hotel. Instead, 2 days later, the hotel put a hold on our credit card because they had not been paid. I contacted ReservationStays by phone. They agreed they had not paid the hotel yet. Then they asked me for a hotel invoice so that they could issue me a refund. Seemed fishy to me. So I reported it as fraudulent to by bankcard company. I will settle up with the hotel directly

  We arrived eager to have a good vacation despite reading bad reviews online, but we were met with immediate regret. Our room smelled like marijuana, the bedsheets were filthy, a cockaroach jumped at me in the fitness center and the staff could care less about my complaints. After telling the front desk I got nothing but an attitude and horrible customer service. You couldn't pay me to visit ******* ever again. The third party booking company refuses to help me unless ******** emails them and tells them it is ok to issue a refund. I have spent hours on the phones and get nothing but the run around. It's absurd this lack of customer service. I demand a refund in full. We were so distraught we left a day early. Just such a horrible experience.

  This company is a scam. They appear to be the hotels website. When you book they do not follow california law and allow you to cancel within 24 hours. If you call once you realize your mistake they won't give you the cancellation.

  I am filing a complaint against ReservationStays for engaging in fraudulent and deceptive practices. Heres a summary of the issue:I booked reservations through ReservationStays, believing I was dealing directly with the hotel.When I attempted to cancel these reservations, ReservationStays demanded additional money to process the cancellation, which constitutes extortion.I later discovered that the reservations were made using virtual credit cards that the hotel was unwilling to accept.I contacted the hotel directly, and they confirmed the reservations were canceled. However, ReservationStays is refusing to issue a refund unless I provide additional documentation, despite having canceled the bookings.ReservationStays' behavior includes:Misrepresenting themselves as the hotel.Using manipulative and threatening tactics to extort additional charges.Refusing to refund my payment for canceled reservations, even after confirmation from the hotel.This situation has caused unnecessary stress and financial loss. I am requesting:An immediate refund of $1396.95 A formal investigation into their business practices.

  This company is a SCAM and should be put out of business. This company uses search to come up as the first option when searching for a hotel. The website then presents exactly like a hotel website with pictures, resort information, etc. They position it as though you are booking with the hotel directly. DO NOT BE FOOLED. They collect your money, send a confirmation and then do not actually book the reservation at the hotel. After speaking with the hotel directly, they had no record of my reservation. On top of that, they offer a 'refund upgrade' at booking, which I paid for - another scam. They refused to refund my ticket and simply said you should have read it more closely. THIS IS A SCAM - PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

  Complete scam. Looking to cheat the vulnerable out of thousands of dollars. Does not identify themselves on phone calls as this company so may be misrepresenting other places as well. “Customer service” doesn’t give any final decisions and just gives run around so you can’t get your money back.
